If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm kicking myself for talking their word on their promise to not charge to switch from Imvisalign to metal braces. I was adamant to have my daughter take metal braces as she has ADHA (not diagnosed at the time) and very forgetful, but was outright denied as she had small roots. The rep told me she would write on the file that there would not be a fee to switch over if the Invisalign weren't working for her. Two years later, her teeth have barely shifted. I requested to switch her over. They said no problem, her roots look good enough for metal braces. Here is the $2000 bill to switch. I tried to handle the situation with them, even going as far as to suggest I would pay for half as a compromise. I was met with legal jargon without any empathy towards a mess up on their end. They then said they would reduce it to $1500 which was an amazing deal since it can cost up to $3000 to switch. What I have learned is this corp more than happy to take your money, but not honor their end of the deal. The experience with Imvisalign has been poor as well. No proper documentation as to the progress, and no follow ups for replacements needed. They give you the whole treatment plan and see you once every three months with the option of a video call in exchange for an in office visit. The profit margins must be high with what they save on in office workers and having patients actually go in every 2-3 weeks. I'm super disappointed I chose this company for my daughters braces. read more
