After passing by this office so often I finally took the plunge and booked an appointment in hopes they would not be the bitter disappointment that Bridgeland Dental was for me last spring. The phone call to book in was extremely pleasant. They were able to accommodate us within a week instead of a month away. (Which I find extremely hard to believe when there are quite a few dentists within the area...so what's with that?) As soon as you walk in you're greeted by the friendliest front end staff who offer to brew you a fresh cuppa joe from their fancy Miele built-in coffee maker. (One of the first things I noticed when I walked in.) Jamie was assisting Dr Sherman and did a fantastic job taking my X-rays! The bite wing X-rays were not painful (as they usually are) and she got the panoramic X-rays done right the first try! Snap!! Dr Sherman was very thorough with her exam and extremely pleasant. Normally I don't care for associate dentists but she was very capable and experienced. My teeth were fine and no cavities!! Went to pay up front and book my next appointment for next year. Weirdly enough I almost want a cavity so I could go in and get a filling done here with them. ;) If you're looking for a dentist in the Bridgeland area, come here!!! You won't be disappointed!!

Dr Jenn Smith gave me confidence in her ability to personalize a program best for me. What I loved was that there was no "hard sell". I can say that without a doubt this practice is far superior to the orthodontist that we started with in the States. The office is clean and bright, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the actual orthodontists here are fantastic. The continued monitoring of my daughter's progress was great. The pricing here is very fair and a much better deal than in the U.S. We were very happy to have found Impact Orthodontics! (And my daughter's teeth now look amazing!)
