I was really impressed when I knew Erin had gone to our wedding location in advance to scout it out. Without even having seen our pictures, I can say with confidence we will use her again in the future. Thanks so much Erin!

I am forever indebted to Erin for taking amazing photos of my husband and I on our wedding day (Pi…read moreDay 2016). Erin was accommodating, thoughtful and genuinely fun! When I mentioned I wanted to take photos on the National Mall, she let me know I needed to apply for and receive a permit from the National Park Service (we called it our donation fee to keep from getting bitter with NPS). It took longer than expected to get from one end of DC to another due to an unexpected road closure (dignitary motorcade), so we were running about an hour late. I was so grateful Erin was willing to wait for our arrival on a day that is best described as "unseasonably cold". Erin kept the initial portion of the photo shoot moving as she knew those under 7 years old and over 70 years old were expiring fast in the cold weather. She even was able to coax a smile out of Alexandra (my niece) who at 7 months old believes in "stranger danger." My favorite part of the photo shoot was the time my husband and I got to spend "just us" with Erin as it felt fun (and we got to kiss a lot). The photos turned out amazingly beautiful and I loved her creative shots! Erin knew just where to take us on an overcast day! Erin even had a blueberry pie on hand for Pi Day. It's those special touches that don't scream cheesy, but scream memorable! I included a few samples (and possibly I'm not the best model) but Erin truly made all of look amazing.

When we met Evan in person to go over our ideas, we decided to book him immediately. Evan is extremely attentive, super nice, outspoken, creative and original. He gave us numerous ideas for our photoshoot and made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. We felt as if we knew him for a long time. We just got married on November 14, 2014 and of course Evan was our photographer. The pictures are stunning. I know everyone thinks their wedding pictures are the best, but honestly his work is stellar. The quality of his work is definitely of high caliber. Our friends and family continue to praise his work and the compliments keep coming. Everyone thinks we had shot a photoshoot for a magazine spread. Even other photographers that have seen our pictures in our social media channels have complimented and loved his work. I'm so thankful for his hard work and dedication. He helped us capture the most important day of our lives. Now we get to look back at our pictures at relive that day. I can honestly loose myself in the pictures for hours. We are both obsessed! We highly recommend Evan. You will not only get amazing results, but you will be working with someone you will feel comfortable with and with a very humble and simple person. Thank you so much Evan!

My husband and I opted to do without a videographer, so pictures are all we have to remember our special (and quite expensive) day. Enter Rodrigo Varela - a man who's captured the likes of Jay-Z on film and regularly shoots events like the Latin Grammy Awards, but had no problem making my husband and I feel like celebrities with images to rival those in any upscale wedding mag. Recently, I had the pleasure of spending another day with Rodrigo, this time behind the scenes of my sister's "quince" photo shoot. Watching him work is inspiring as he shudders at the mundane and makes it a personal goal to never duplicate any shot he's previously produced - a challenge even for this experienced photographer considering the Biltmore is a common choice for brides and quinceañeras alike. I only saw a few images during the shoot, but the sneak peak he afforded me assures me he's triumphed yet again. I couldn't be happier and would recommend him to any bride or quinceanera without hesitation. The end result was absolutely beyond compare.

I remember my first call with Alain almost two years ago--he was professional and consultative (how many hrs we would need, etc). He even walked through the agreement with me on the phone, which being a software sales professional, I truly appreciated to make sure I had no questions or concerns. I could immediately tell he was the real deal, and his pictures on his website and Instagram page made me feel confident that we were going to have amazing pictures from our mini-ceremony and wedding. Alain was so easy to work with and made the entire experience FUN!!! Isn't that what it's all about? He is extremely talented and creative, and you can tell he is passionate about his work. We are so happy with all of the pictures and memories Alain was able to capture - so many of our friends and family have commented how beautiful they turned out, and some shots look like something that could be on a magazine cover. Alain--thank you so much for the awesome experience.

It would be helpful if you informed people in advance of not only the graduation picture packages…read moreyour offer but also that your "special photo package pricing" is only good the day you are in the building getting your picture taken. Had we been aware of this, we would have booked our session for a later date as Covid has caused us to be under-employed and finances are tight. We explained this but it fell upon deaf ears. One would have thought that as a local business that they would extend the offer by a week or two. It would also be good practice to inform your clientele what will be happening during their visit with you. Our experience was more of a come here, sit there, go there. We had no idea what was coming next. It should also not be assumed that a client knows exactly what shot is being used in a yearbook. Explaining which shots are being used would have been really helpful and made the encounter less contentious. And, when your sales rep pulls up a picture and starts gushing over how beautiful your child is, please actually pull up the picture of my child, the actual child in the room with you, and not someone else's child. We were simply a number to them. The photographer was wonderful and captured beautiful shots. While it was not a pleasant experience (except with the photographer), we are hopeful that the pictures will be good. I hope that they make changes to improve the customer experience.

Day of the wedding he was super professional, showing up to my hotel room early and relaxing me with his joking nature and calmness. He took beautiful shots of me getting ready which I will treasure forever. Since we did not see the need for a limo to go 30 blocks from the hotel to the venue, Paul drove me to my wedding! What more can you ask for in a wedding photographer?! During the wedding he let me be the boss and was hands-off and let me tell him what I wanted pictures of (lots of dancing and partying). After the wedding he delivered exactly what he promised, images of my wedding edited and burned onto DVD's in a timely fashion.
