The price was about $14 more than I could have purchased on amazon, but worth having a local shop to support and go to god support. They also had the specialized power seat that I wanted and at a comparable price for specialized products. It's a small shop but overall good selection of items and decent selection of bikes. I get back home quite a bit and great to see locals that cycle

Customer service was very poor. So my kids who are 22 and 19 African American just walked out and went to the store next door of them. As i have never worn this brand she advised me to go with a 7 she said they will stretch out so much so not to go the half size larger. I wore them for 2 days and my toes were hurting so bad I took them back in and told the manager what had happened. She said since I wore them outside she cannot resell them. I asked her to send them back to New Balance since it was the clerk that advised me to go a smaller size than what I asked for. She said no and that she does not know which clerk sold me the shoes but she will talk to her. I said you will know if you look at my receipt. The manager was too busy looking at her phone to get up off her big lazy butt and just told me no she cannot take the shoes back since she cannot resell them. Just saying. So the sales clerk got a 2 pair of shoes commission and I don't have a new walking shoe!

I can't say enough about how much I loved the service that Levi and his team provided for us…read more We purchased a home recently and wanted to renovate the guest bathroom. While doing some work on the lighting, I dropped some tools and cracked the frosted glass countertop on the vanity. I was super worried since that vanity was installed by the previous owner, and I had no idea where it was from or how we would fix the top without having to buy an entire new vanity. After some investigating, we figured out that it was a vanity from The Tub Connection. I decided to take a chance and email them to see if they'd be willing to let me purchase just the countertop alone that normally came with this vanity. I explained how I broke the old one and how I wasn't the original purchaser of their product and don't have a warranty on it. Levi was more than happy to help me out. He asked me to describe the type of vanity I had, and was able to figure out which model it was and let me place an order for the just the countertop part number instead of having to get a whole new vanity. I've never heard of a company doing this, and I'm beyond grateful to him and the team at The Tub Connection for getting the part order placed and shipped out to us in a matter of days! (From MO all the way down to FL no less) The new top is now installed, and our renovation is complete. (We ordered a white top to replace the frosted green one) The new bathroom looks amazing with the white countertop now, and it couldn't have been done without Levi's help. We want to renovate our master bathroom next, and we are excited to use more of The Tub Connection's products for that too. (Attached are photos of the old bathroom and then the updated photos, post-renovation)
