I love it here and how they have a variety of stores. At first it was just mediocre now it's adding more luxury stores and renovations still happening. They will have Hermes, Dior, and much more. They recently opened a Alo store, which is definitely my fav store to go to get my yoga leggings :)...btw it right across from the Cheesecake Factory if you want to check it out. Overall, this mall has all you need and now you can literally be here all day. Go catch a movie, eat, play, and much more. They are going to have a bowling alley coming soon as well called pinstripes I believe... now that will be epic! Not too far from my house. This will def be the Valley's South Coast Plaza with much more! Come check it out when you can!

What really stood out was Anthony's attention to detail. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, listened to my preferences, and made thoughtful recommendations without ever making me feel pressured. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely attentive. You can tell Anthony takes pride in what he does and really cares about his customers. That level of personalized service makes a huge difference, especially with a luxury brand like Bottega Veneta. Thank you, Anthony, for making the experience such a great one. Excellent service and a great representation of the Bottega Veneta brand! Thank you Anthony!!

La La Land Cafe and the ice cream spot are our usual go-to places. Lately, the construction has taken away from the experience a bit, but I am hopeful that once it is finished, things will be even better. I just hope the updates are thoughtful and not simply focused on adding more retail, especially in place of something like the movie theater. It would be great to see additions that truly serve and reflect the community. For example, a fountain with a water show, similar to what you see at the Grove or Americana, would be a strong starting point. People and families already feel overwhelmed by the number of shops, and adding more does not necessarily improve the experience. Take Century City Mall as an example. After its remodel (many years ago) added many more stores, I personally stopped going. As someone who works in marketing, I know the first priority is getting people to visit. If visitors lose interest, as I did with Century City, then adding more shops defeats the purpose. I really hope they do not lose sight of what makes the place special. It would be a shame if short-term decisions ended up hurting the atmosphere that people enjoy.

My kids are adults now but still talk abt how cute and funny the turtles would be on top of each other and I have taken so many of friends and their kids to see the beautiful turtle pond! I visited the Target, Trader Joe's, Michaels, Old Navy, TJ Maxx, Bath and Body Works and World Market. There was ton of parking here because they were not busy for a Friday night. There even a AMC theater here as well. After we finish our dinner, we went to the Crave Cafe that is also here but toward the back of the plaza. There was one store that was vacant and all the lights were off so if you were walking around the center, it will feel like a haunted house.

I do miss the AMC 7 here it's a great cozy theater when it's up and running. The Kohl's that use to reside here was one of my favorites as well. I usually find myself here for Walmart needs, but definitely stick around for Sprouts, Cost Plus World Market and Trader Joe's as well. There are a lot of places for groceries as well as takeout and/or convenient eats like Jersey Mikes, Jinky's Cafe, Menchie's, Starbuck and so forth. The Fallbrook Center is pretty on par with the Empire Center in Burbank although with more shops, department stores and familiar staples. There are several entrances and exits from Vanowen to Victory as this shopping center takes up quite a bit of square feet. There is always parking somewhere whether close by a shop of choice or closer to the second or third place you might need to pop in. The Fallbrook Center has some minor jagged rough edges but it definitely is one worth your time.

First-time visitor to this mall, and I really enjoyed my visit…read more Some of the big names in the retail world have stores here, which was a nice surprise. Stores such as Apple, Aldo, The Gap, Banana Republic, Bed, Bath & Body, Bloomingdale's, Coach, Express, Hollister, Macy's, Vans, and many others. The mall is a good size, very clean, and well-maintained. The food court was extremely clean, comfortable, and somewhat fancy-looking, with plenty of tables, benches, and chairs to sit and relax throughout the mall. Friendly employees can be seen cleaning throughout the mall, assuring that this place is kept as spotless as possible. Free parking is available both in the parking garage adjacent to the mall and in non-garage parking on the east and south sides of the mall.

It was truly disgusting. I've complained this time and last time this happened (homeless man in one of the nursing stations). There should be security in the corridor, especially given that it is right next to an outlet to riverside drive. Westfield, you need to care more about the families and women supporting your establishment!

A previous review remarks on the traffic situation here, and I agree; it's a mess. Lots of activity near CVS and Bristol Farms makes the walk from the parking lot to the store frightening. The reason why I'm posting three stars is more subjective; this place lacks the beauty appeal of The Commons nearby, or the outside mall where Target is located in Thousand Oaks. This has a very cheap, strip-mall feel. Besides this, it's a mall packed with fantastic restaurants, a CVS, a bank, a dentist, a FedEx, a grocer, and a healthy dessert hotspot. A place worth visiting and food worth trying.
