I have been treated so kind and with so much care I would recommend them to anyone. I had to make arrangements from Washington state, and the staff especially Dina, has been remarkable. They were extremely helpful. For value, because I was so far away, and not familiar with the area I did call around, and was given a list of businesses from the hospital. When I called several places one of them went through a list of add on fees that I could not even keep up with; they were also not at all kind or understanding on the phone. I selected Wyman, and I am so thankful for that decision. God bless you!! You helped me during this very difficult time and it is greatly appreciated.

David guided me through every step with patience, kindness, and genuine empathy. He was always responsive, and available to answer questions or help with anything that came up along the way. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone, including and especially when coordinating arrangements from out of town.

Quarterly, we made sure to spruce up the flowers and clean up the stone a bit. Additionally, my dad would periodically take me to visit his brother's grave, though with the nature of his passing, it was always a harder visit. Sadly, as the years have passed, more of my family reside here. My Nanny passed very suddenly. Cancer diagnosis on a Wednesday and passed on a Friday. In 2006, the family found themselves quickly making accommodations that were unexpected. My grandpa said it was a pretty easy process, and he appreciated being able to future purchase to be buried with her. This made it incredibly easy when he would pass 8 years later as my aunt would take care of those accommodations without the financial burden. As for pricing, we all know it is not cheap to do so though I've heard it's fairly comparable to the surrounding area. The grounds have been well kept the last thirty years that I've frequented here, and my family has continued to chose this location as their final resting place. Thank you Mountain View for all you do to honor our loved ones!

There's only so much that you can really say about a cemetery/funeral home, right?…read more Well..... The grounds are well kept, there is plenty of parking, and most of the staff is very compassionate and friendly. I will mention that one receptionist in particular was very rude to my mother when we arrived. My Mom began to make her way toward the service we were attending and the woman at the front desk was very snippy with my Mom and told her not to go near the room where the service was being held. She said "It's not ready yet, the family is still setting up!!" My mom asked if she could just sit on the chairs outside the chapel and wait for them to finish setting up, the lady said "NO" with lots of attitude and frustration. I was completely beside myself on that type of behavior! So we sat in the front lobby on the chairs provided. There are 4 chairs in the main lobby, which suited our needs. Just when I thought I had already seen it all, the same woman gets up from her desk and storms over to the chapel area where the service would be held.... Muttering under her breath, walking briskly, and pulls the doors closed... Then continues back to her desk to sit down. I'm not sure if this is her normal behavior, but it could be argued that her personality type doesn't exactly jive with the typical crowd that attend a funeral home.... They also offer water bottles to guests & have a snack machine in the lobby. There are several rooms available for funeral services, which are spacious and comfortable. I will say that I was surprised to see that the pews are not bolted into the floor... I used the back of the pew to help myself up after a service & it disturbed the bench in front of me... That was embarrassing. All in all, the place is exactly what you'd expect. Aside from the rude woman that greets you as you enter the building. We have many relatives that are buried here & others that have been cremated. Aside from Fridays experience, I have never had a complaint about my encounters here.

After my grandfather passed, we chose Bueler's out of loyalty. Initially, the director was kind, but his demeanor changed noticeably when I explained we would only be arranging a basic cremation and not a full service. Communication became poor, we received no updates and had to repeatedly follow up just to find out when my grandfather's cremains would be ready. Each interaction felt cold and impersonal. While another staff member was more helpful, the overall tone lacked the compassion you would expect during such a difficult time. When we picked up my grandfather's cremains, we were met at the entrance and not even brought into a private area to be given the urn. His cremains were placed in a plastic urn inside a paper gift bag. While we understood that we selected a basic option and would have a plastic urn, the handling and presentation felt careless. I was not prepared for the weight and nearly dropped the urn, which was very upsetting at such a sensitive moment. Every family, regardless of the services they choose, deserves kindness, respect, and clear communication. We were honoring my grandfather's wishes, and it should not have resulted in feeling dismissed or less valued. I hope this feedback encourages a return to the level of care and compassion Bueler Mortuary was once known for.

Not only are you mourning the loss and grieving, but then you've got the added stress and concern with making sure all of the logistics are taken care of. Our family is incredibly grateful for Frank taking that burden off of our shoulders and allowing us to be with family, celebrate our loved one, while he guided us comfortably through the process of planning a funeral and burial. Frank is a class act, and in hindsight, the funeral service and burial were beautiful and seamless--and I can't help but think he played a huge role in that. I mention price only because often times these things are unexpected, so for what it's worth, the pricing was significantly less than the handful of others we were advised to take a look at. From the moment we met with Frank, however, price was really out the window for us as it became very clear that he was committed to not only providing our loved one with a service and burial to be proud of, but to making sure that the family was taken care of and we were able to say goodbye in a fashion fitting of a last goodbye. We have a big family. HUGE. And even though I know Frank isn't chomping at the bit to receive phone calls--we will absolutely be encouraging folks to give him a call when the time arises. I cannot speak highly enough for what he did for our family.
