Five star service! Very professional, quick and precise! We had a 43 year old failing apple tree removed in a very tight space. They should up early and got right to work. We have extensive landscaping and they were very careful not to damage anything. The clean up was very fast and detailed. They cut up the large branch's and trunk into manageable pieces. read more

I have been using Falcon tree experts for nearly a decade. Two trees have been removed. They maintain my beautiful apple and holly trees, and this year - thinned our bamboo. I wanted to give this review because I had high expectations based on previous reviews but personally did not have a good experience. I gave it two stars and not one star because Ana the receptionist was pleasant to work with. Attempt 1: I set up an appointment for first thing in the morning at 0800 and no one showed up. Called Ana at 0830 and she was apologetic and said that the owner (person who was doing the estimate) would not be available that morning so I chose to set up another morning appointment for a different day. Attempt 2: Exactly the same thing happened. Attempt 3: Person showed up to do estimate about 5-10 min late. Spent about 30min to do estimate which was fine and told me he would email me an estimate in the next few days. I NEVER GOT AN EMAIL. I waited a week. I am surprised I gave them so many chances to earn my business. read more

Mr. Falcon was punctual, courteous and knowledgeable when he showed up to give me an estimate. His estimate was the lowest of three and I had the most confidence in him. When he and his two employees showed up to do the job (within a week of the estimate) they were organized and professional. They took down one 80ft + (and sadly, damaged) Douglas fir and trimmed 3 fruit trees. When they left, there was nothing but wood rounds from the fir and 2 neat piles of wood chips. Came out and gave a free estimate later that afternoon after we called them. Called later that night and approved the estimate. They showed up the next day and when they were going to be a few minutes late they called and let us know. Communication was quick and responsive. They did the job quickly and safely. They were done in about 45 minutes (small job of removing one tree). Price seemed very reasonable to me. They will be top on our list if we need another tree removed. read more

Ruben Falcon and his crew are amazing workers. Looking for someone to cut down two 80-foot Douglas Fir trees in my backyard, I obtained five or six bids from the local tree service companies in Salem/Keizer area and Ruben's price was the most reasonable one. He told me he would get the job done in about six hours and at first I was quite skeptical, however, it took even less than that. I was simply amazed as I watched how he climbed each tree and cut it down, step by step, taking approximately two hours per tree, and that's with having to tie lots of the limbs and lowering them down because of a large shed right under the trees. The limbs were all chipped up and Ruben and his crew cut the rest of the wood into nice firewood sizes of 12-14."
