I'm really glad my dentist referred me to Red Rock Endodontics. The receptionist answered my phone…read morecall within the 2nd ring and she was very efficient and friendly. Upon entering the receptionist was friendly and helpful. She asked if I have an appointment which I did and told her so. She then asked for my insurance card and I told her I only have a digital copy of my insurance card but then she said she has already pre authorized my insurance, gave me a few pages of questionnaires to fill and take a seat. Within 15-20 mins I was called. The venue was clean, not crowded and not noisy at all. Their equipments seems up to date and well maintained. I was seated at a reclining chair and it was very comfy. Then the assistant took x-rays of my teeth and Dr Kim came in and spoke to me and let me know what my condition was and what to expect. Overall it went really smooth. His assistant, Liz and Dr Kim are a good team. They worked fast and efficient and they were gentle. What I really like about my treatment was that after the first anesthesia application I still felt pain so I made it known and Dr Kim stopped and gave me a 2nd anesthesia and tried to start procedure again but again I still felt discomfort so he stopped and took all the tools out of my mouth and administered a 3rd round of anesthesia. Now I numbed up really good and can't feel anything. Dr was done with my procedure in just a little over an hour. I had a 1/4 of my tooth broken and Dr Kim even added fillings and rounded out my tooth so it's not sharp. Thanks Dr Kim, Liz and Red Rock endodontics team for taking good care of me and doing such an amazing job!! I hope I don't need your service again but if I do, I know where to go

Wait, what?! I can't give more than 5 stars? Being a…read moreveteran of 13 (yes, thirteen) root canals, I can't believe I just had one. Best experience ever- and who says THAT after a root canal? Totally worth the drive from Huntington Beach ~ Dr Bethers did an amazing job; from local anesthesia that targeted just the right area, to re-treating a 20 year old failed root canal, then explained (drawing on a post it note) the aspects of treatment (and reasons for them) that might be necessary in future. So very glad to have been referred here (by my equally awesome dentist(s) Dr Chase & Jeff Williams of Cedar City. KUDOS all around ~ PS - go in knowing that although they require partial payment on day of service, they WILL bill insurance for you, don't be put off by this, you will be directly reimbursed And the quality of care is totally worth it-

I was referred to Dr. Hunter Housley @ this practice, & was pleasantly surprised during the consultation -- he's calm, very reassuring & knowledgeable. He talked me through what my options were (not great), & then when I agreed to go through w/the procedure, he carefully explained what to expect. My root canals were scheduled 4 days later...& again, I was imagining some horrific, awful experience...which never, ever materialized. It was such a non-event! Granted, having your mouth open for an hour isn't a picnic. But it was totally painless & manageable; nothing like I had imagined. Even better, there was zero pain afterward; none. Dr. H had advised me to take 600 MG of Ibuprofen for any soreness of my gums; I took 400 MG, thinking that I'd be in pain after the numbing wore off...but there was absolutely none. And...the next day, I was biting into my favorite Cosmic Crisp apple; yay! Dr. Housley is terrific at his job; I would highly recommend his care to ANYone needing a similar procedure. Plus, his staff is lovely, cheerful & professional (they called to check up on me the next biz day)...AND they took proactive steps to get the necessary pre-authorization from my insurance carrier to ensure coverage, which was amazing. All in all, this was the most unexpectedly pleasant root canal (IS there such a thing?) I could have wanted. Hoping I'll never need another one...but if so, I won't have nightmares about it. Thank you, Dr. H & Desert Endodontics! You all rock.
