Fajitas I would say was one of our best meals while in Paris. It has an authentic Mexican menu and friendly service. They spoke English and offered recommendations to visit around the city. We had the beef Fajitas and the guacamole and a few other started alongside a few SOL Mexican beer. Be aware they are open specific hours and days. I believe it is Tuesday through Saturday. We walked there a few times only to be disappointed they were closed. read more

Delicious meal in Paris! For a vegetarian, baguettes and pasta options can get old very quick. This was one of my favorite restaurants and feels-like-home meals of our trip. My friend and I ate here the other night, and let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing !! I'm vegan and the owner was super accommodating for my needs. I had the vegetarian fajitas with no dairy, and my friend had the chicken/beef fajitas and loved them as well. (I highly recommend the super spicy salsa as well!). Although the food was good, it was way too expansive for what it was -- the portions were small (7€ for this small amount of nachos) -- and I don't know if it's because my friends and I came at noon or because we were students and shared dishes, but the owner was so rude to us! When we asked for more water it was as if we'd asked him to do the impossible and also, we were told only when we got up to pay that we couldn't pay by card if the bill was under 15€ which, I checked, wasn't specified anywhere. As a monthly business traveller to Paris, I eat at Fajitas at least 1x per month. They have, hands down - the BEST NACHOS IN THE WORLD! If you like spicy - be sure to ask for the hot hot sauce and get a pitcher of frozen sangria; you will be in heaven! The fajitas, burritos and chili - all delicious with reasonable prices and good portions. The proprietor Amy and her husband, are always very welcoming and friendly. This was the first time for me going to a mexican restaurant, I think it was a super nice place with a cool atmosphere. Before we got seated they sat us in a comfy couch under the staircase and got us margaritas. The food was great, apparently I love mexican food! As a Californian living in France, I can't say this is the best Mexican food I've ever had, but it's solid for Paris, and while the frozen margaritas are a bit small and pricey, they are good (and strong!). Some dishes are just more successful than others, so I've had mixed experiences over multiple visits. The chips and salsa are particularly good and the ceviche is nice. Disagree completely with reviews below about portions. 6 friends and I all skipped breakfast, walked up and down the Champs-Elysee, and arrived here for lunch, starving. All of us devoured our orders and our one appetizer of nachos, but we were absolutely stuffed. The food seemed a little pricey compared to what many of us from the U.S. are used to, but for all that flavor packed in and for that portion, in France, I was completely sold. My boyfriend & I had been traveling in Europe for about a month & were absolutely going to die if we didn't find a source of Mexican food ASAP. We ordered a chicken chimichanga, a beef burrito with a side of sour cream and potato wedges (trying our best to make a "California Fry burrito" and this was 100% the best meal we had during our entire trip. The server (possibly the owner?) was friendly and from Mexico himself, so you know the food is authentic. It doesn't taste like the sad excuse for Mexican food most places here try to sell. They even had a house made salsa (the man said it was very spicy...but for us- the more heat the better!) LONG STORY SHORT: If you're a Mexican food connoisseur, such as myself, this place will not disappoint. I am totally shocked by the good reviews of this place. We had lunch here today and it was such a disappointment after reading the yelp reviews. My partner and I split the nachos plate and then ordered the cheese enchilada dinner and pineapple juice. The waiter was grouchy and sullen even though there were only two other people in the restaurant so he wasnt busy. The nachos plate is very small, barely enough for one person and it was just ok, it had a flavorless cheese on it (like mild mozzarella) and a mild sauce. The enchilada had no flavor at all. It was served with rice (dry and flavorless) and refried beans (canned and no flavor and dry) Only the guacamole was tasty. The waiter never brought the pineapple juice. read more

If you have been traveling abroad for a while and need some good ol Mexican food this place will do more than just check the box. If you are use to spicy (especially West Coast) Mexican food then make sure to ask for the "Spicy Salsa" to go along with the mild one they serve. Mixed together it gave you flavour and heat that a good salsa should. The Chimicanga was perfectly fried and the Chicken Fajitas were amazing as well. If you order the beef fajitas the flavour is amazing and well cooked, but some bites were a little chewy. The Strawberry Margaritas were perfect, but my advice is to go back to your hotel for a siesta. read more

Wanted a little variety and we stumbled on this place in a great neighborhood for wandering at night. The apologized for sticking us 5 adults downstairs but it looked like it could have been a WW2 bomb shelter or now a Tequilla distillery. Great atmosphere! The owners wife (good English) and help were gracious and welcoming and didn't mind hauling extra pitchers of Margs and water up and down the spiral staircase. For Paris fajitas is good Mexican, but not the best. The food is more stereotypical Mexican than authentic. The fajita plat is large and in charge. The dessert are ok, but not worth the calories.
