After speaking with several attorneys who made me feel dismissed or rushed, I called Attorney Charlene Wilson's office expecting to speak with an assistant, but instead, I had the privilege of speaking directly with Charlene herself. From the very beginning, she was warm, welcoming, calming, and incredibly compassionate. She immediately took away so much of the anxiety and fear I had surrounding this process. Even though she is not currently taking new cases, she still took an entire hour out of her day to speak with me at no cost and provided me with valuable information and guidance. What stood out most was that she never made me feel like a burden or inconvenience. She was patient, informative, and genuinely caring throughout the entire conversation. Even when her attention was needed elsewhere, she would kindly place me on hold and come right back to continue helping me. She also offered to assist me in the future if I had questions. In a time that has felt overwhelming and stressful, encountering someone with this level of kindness, professionalism, and humanity truly felt like a blessing. I thank God that I crossed paths with her today. Exceptional service is rare, especially from someone who already knows they will not be taking your case, but Attorney Charlene Wilson still chose to help wholeheartedly.
