We're a gathering of imperfect, real people that aim to love anyone and everyone. Life is messy and rather than running away from the mess, we run towards the mess because we know that all of us either were a mess, are currently a mess, or are one dumb decision away from becoming a mess. And when we were our messiest version of ourselves, we didn't need someone to judge us. We needed someone to take us just as we were. That's what Jesus was about and that's what we're about. So in our church, it's okay to not be okay.

History

Established in 1960.

Faith Baptist Church was established in 1960. A few years later, the members acquired land and built a sanctuary on Faith Ave. Doug Geeze became the pastor in 1989 and, since then, the church has grown and seen the children's and youth ministries expand. In 2016, the church changed its name to Faith Church, redefining its mission and vision as well.

Meet the Business Owner: Doug G.

Doug and Joanne have been married since 1984 and have raised three kids: Matt, Jonny, and Caroline. Pastoring Faith since 1989, Doug has devoted himself to making an impact in the community of Central Massachusetts by leading the church to live out the words of Jesus in the heart of New England. He has a passion to teach the Scriptures and to encourage people to place their faith in Jesus. Prior to becoming the Senior Pastor of Faith, Doug graduated from Houghton College in Western, NY and then went on to get his Master of Divinity from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. When he's not in the office, he's either swinging clubs on the golf course or building something out of wood. His wife, Joanne, teaches music in Southborough and is part of the music team at Faith.
