On the day of, he brings absolutely everything he needs. All you need to do is supply him an area and some power. He even has his own tent if it's an outside event and raining. He offers several suggestions / means to deal with line control as well. Since we had a smaller group, we opted to have people just line up or jump in when there was an opening. He can also do a ticket system or a signup sheet with times if that may work better for you. Jon was also really flexible. We weren't sure what time to have him come as it depended on the weather, and he was perfectly ok with a last minute decision.
