I'd always felt I did a pretty good job on my makeup until my early 40's and then, not only was I in a rut, but my old techniques and products weren't working anymore. We met for a session on a daytime look and another for a nighttime look. She made me look and feel beautiful and only recommended I buy a few new things (and use a few others as they were intended :) ) I had such a great experience that I hired Heather to do my mom's make up for her wedding this summer as well as mine. We both have challenging skin types and Heather truly transformed us both into the best versions of ourselves. It was so touching to see my mom feel so beautiful on her special day. I can't recommend Heather enough and I am going to work with her again in Dec for another wedding. She is the BEST!

Not only did she crush this, and help me develop my own "everyday" look that I love, she also did my makeup for a ceremony I had with my company (pic below). She did an OUTSTANDING job. I wear little to no makeup. My routine includes mascara and lip gloss, so I was really nervous about finding a makeup artist who was sensitive to my taste. Her unique airbrush technique made my makeup feel light and look natural. I was very comfortable with the outcome and my photos turned out beautifully. One of my biggest concerns was not being able to feel like myself during my wedding scheduled for next year. After working with Randi, I know I will feel and look like myself on this extremely special day. Randi is professional, taste-level sensitive and talented. My only piece of advise is book early! She is highly sought after and appointment slots go quickly. Once you have booked with her, she allows no interruptions and makes you a priority.

I was hesitant b/c the term "airbrushed makeup" implied that I was going to be spackled with makeup, but I was thankfully mistaken. Randi asked that I come by to do a "trial run" so that she could make sure that the look I wanted was actually the look I wanted, and I walked away from that first meeting feeling confident that I was in good hands. On the day of my wedding, she greeted me like I was an old friend and made sure that my already stressful morning became less so, with a relaxing environment, champagne, and a much needed temporary break from my mental checklist. By the end of the session, I looked like me, but a more perfect version of me. I have never had more people tell me how flawless my face looked or how they were amazed that after all the dancing, laughing, and drinking (ladies, you ALL know what I'm talking about when you look perfect, have a few drinks, and minutes later, look like you ran an August marathon in Death Valley), I looked like I had just stepped out of the makeup chair. I could not have asked for more.

I am so grateful that someone referred me to Mollie at Luna. Mollie not only knows how to do an epic bouncy blowout with a brush and dryer only, but she is outstanding at color as well! I wasted two weeks of my time, and for their extremely strict rules and regulations, including filling out a contract for the service, the way they treated me was absolutely horrible and disappointing. The two strands of hair they took from my hair were in vain, and that is really upsetting. Lindsey, the owner, was the one handling this, and she handled it horribly. If this was the case for the owner, I couldn't imagine for the rest of the hairstylists. Lastly - the front desk person, Dorly, always had a condescending tone. I ended up losing in this situation, and I will never return, and I'd advise you to save your time and money and try elsewhere.
