A little back story: I currently live in North Carolina, but…read morethere are hardly any decent places to go to for a facial, so I thought that I might be able to find a place in Charleston, SC. I went to Charleston on vacation, but the pricing of facials in that area was ridiculous, so I decided that I would wait until I want up for vacation and find a place in Tallahassee. What happened: I did some research for local day spas in Tallahassee and somehow found this place! It didn't have many reviews, but the website was very informative and the price was right for my first facial. I STRUCK GOLD! The facial was amazing and I was pampered from the moment I walked into the room, until she was finished with my face and arms and head (yes, she massages all of that). Beware, this is a one woman show and she's busy, but that's a good thing because it means that she's good at what she does. She was very personable, friendly and she knows how to make your face feel like new. Make sure to book your appointment in advance, because she's pretty popular, but rightfully so. I will continue to come here for facials, although I'll have to wait until my next visit, this place is worth it.

I had some scars on my left cheek that looked like acne scars, but they weren't. They were result of a staph infection I had several years ago. She has worked absolute magic on my eyebrows every single time and I highly, highly recommend her! Getting your brows done typically takes 10-15 minutes but if you go before a big event or weekend there may be a line so be prepared. The price varies from $12 (Mon.-Wed.) to $15 (Thurs.-Sun.). This location has two entrances depending on if you are going for brow work or the other services such as nails. I have personally never gotten any other service before. The studio is well decorated and does not have that typical overpowering smell of acetone like other nail salons.

I'd always felt I did a pretty good job on my makeup until my early 40's and then, not only was I in a rut, but my old techniques and products weren't working anymore. We met for a session on a daytime look and another for a nighttime look. She made me look and feel beautiful and only recommended I buy a few new things (and use a few others as they were intended :) ) I had such a great experience that I hired Heather to do my mom's make up for her wedding this summer as well as mine. We both have challenging skin types and Heather truly transformed us both into the best versions of ourselves. It was so touching to see my mom feel so beautiful on her special day. I can't recommend Heather enough and I am going to work with her again in Dec for another wedding. She is the BEST!

She is precise with her work and she makes 100% sure that you are pleased with the end results. She is a true master at her craft! You will not be disappointed, trust me. I've always had very light colored eyebrows and I'd always have to fill them in just to feel pretty. Imagine not having to wake up every morning and fill in your brows a certain way for the ladies who do like I used to before getting mine micro-bladed. I always went for that nice subtle arch which I thought I had finally mastered after years of practice. But could never achieve the more natural ombré effect in the front. Although she does offer ombré as well as powder brows too, I went with the micro-blading procedure because I have always liked that very realistic hair stroke look that you get with it. But all of her brow services are on point regardless of which you choose. Long story made short, I wake up every morning now and have effortlessly beautiful brows on my face!!! I'm obsessed. And the procedure itself did not hurt me at all. Depending on your pain tolerance, it's fairly pain free. But after the numbing cream was applied, I legit felt not a thing. She's always running awesome specials. She is by far the best in town in my opinion. And believe me, I did so much review searching before I stumbled across Anna! Also, her workspace is very clean and decorated so welcoming! I will definitely be going back when I'm due for a touch up! Ladies, take my word, you won't regret choosing Addictive Beauty!
