I do wish they advertised their sales more readily, as many items can be pretty pricey for my taste, but one can always find something they need in that store. A…read morelot of the lower cost make up products are missing from the displays and many of the testers are missing. Many of the items that are in the displays have been opened and are not testers. So you could be buying a dirty product if you're not really careful about what you're picking up. If I were running the store, I would be embarrassed to have most of the lower cost products out of stock when I can walk into a Walmart and most everything is in stock and clean. I purchased a lipstick for pick up and when I got it, it was used. Eww. I brought it back to the store to return and didn't have my phone on me - the manager wasted 20 minutes trying to determine the amount of the return due to me using a 15% coupon on the Ulta app - the return was a huge waste of my time and the person in charge was basically scrounging for pennies when I am high income and spend a lot on makeup annually - 30 minutes of my time is more valuable than two dollars. I'll probably just order online from other stores and have stuff shipped to me. Being able to look at the testers and the swatches in person was really important, but Ulta has almost nothing out for swatching and they had almost no Q-tips for testing. Even if they had run out of the makeup products or there's some sort of supply chain crunch what is their excuse for not refilling the Q-tip containers? I visited on two different days for a couple hours a time and it was empty both times. I feel like it's crazy not to have this available for your customers and shows a lack of care for your customers. I'll probably continue to visit to get a sense of the colors in person, but I don't think they care.

When I entered I was immediately ushered to be shampooed WITHOUT being told I was being charged for it. I'm sure this extra charge goes straight to management and not the hard working ladies cutting hair.. When I called it was not mentioned and neither was it when I entered and asked about pricing again. Do not come here if you want to be overcharged and upheld with predatory sales practices. All she said was "I'm not a hairstylist so I'm not sure but you can come in and talk to someone", when I asked what was the treatment that they offer to first time clients. I was greeted with hot tea and promptly taken to my massage room. Ashley also does facials as well as nails. They have a massage club where if you book a 60 minute massage or more within 4-6 weeks of your appointment you will receive 10% off service. I definitely plan to return for massage and other services as well.
