I'd always felt I did a pretty good job on my makeup until my early 40's and then, not only was I in a rut, but my old techniques and products weren't working anymore. We met for a session on a daytime look and another for a nighttime look. She made me look and feel beautiful and only recommended I buy a few new things (and use a few others as they were intended :) ) I had such a great experience that I hired Heather to do my mom's make up for her wedding this summer as well as mine. We both have challenging skin types and Heather truly transformed us both into the best versions of ourselves. It was so touching to see my mom feel so beautiful on her special day. Found out that ULTA Beauty was nearby and decided to go there because we thought it was more reasonable than Sephora. We went and turns out it was packed. Moreover, they were lacking quite a few products. Still, service was great. You know, once we could get someone to help. Really wish they had more employees and products, but my companion managed to get a brush she liked well enough and we were eventually helped, so all's well that ends well I suppose?

Crystal took my dull, grown out balayage (that never really excited me) and transformed it into an all over gorgeous, buttery blonde. No bleach was used in the process in order to protect my thin hair, and the results are amazing. The other stylists gave both of us compliments during the process and it made me feel more confident about taking the plunge into full blonde territory. So thankful to have found my new favorite hair salon! Definitely recommend Crystal and the salon as a whole.

I paid for a service for my daughter. My daughter was unhappy with the toner applied to her hair…read morewhich made her hair 3-4 shades darker than her blond hair. She did not want to upset the stylist. (my daughter was one of the stylist first clients) My daughter returned to the salon to speak with the manager regarding her complaint. The manger did offer the same service. The offer was declined due to risk of her hair being darker. The manager was rude and condensing verbalizing "you said you can't afford our prices." and proceeded to walk away. i reached out to the stylist via Instragram, to offer a solution to help all parties remedy the customer service issue. (I am the one paying for the service). The solution was to add the service to lighten the darker hair color with a discount for the service with an additional generous tip to compensate Eckley for providing a solution to a customer problem. Eckley was more concerned that my daughter did not reach out directly regarding her dislike for the darker hair color. The solution was to redirect my daughter to obtain services at another salon. No solution to address a customer service complaint. it is disheartening that this salon tells heavily on social media and review for clients. They do not care! very unprofessional results!

I showed up early and was warmly greeted by Amanda. She was polite, friendly, and professional. I was able to be seen right away for an eyebrow wax. We chatted the entire time, and she did an excellent job. I know the brow bar is more expensive than many salons, but I truly love getting my eyebrows waxed there. Be sure to ask for Amanda!
