UPDATED: We have had a horrible experience using Fairy Dust Cleaning. Overall we used the service 3 times, 1 deep cleaning, 1 move in, and 1 "basic clean" -- beware a basic clean includes what most people can do in 1 hr. Furniture will not be moved to sweep/mop, mediocre dusting (no blinds). Essentially they come PUT dishes in dishwasher, pour some cleaning stuff in the bath tubs and a light sweep. From my experience this company does NOT carry their own insurance to cover for anything broken. Marlene (the owner) dropped and broke an acoustic guitar we have that was sitting on our mantle. She stated when she put it back that it fell--it completely shattered and is not functional. Marlene has left us out of a guitar, unwilling to fix the mistake she made. She refused to pay for a new one at face value (they no longer make the guitar we had). When Marlene stated she was going through a divorce I offered a payment plan (3 payments at $200) and to that she also refused. All she offered was 2 basic cleanings to which we no longer feel comfortable having her in our home (and the work is not comparable to what was BROKEN). PLEASE do not use this company, if something in your home is broken you will be out as she will not replace it. Very unethical, and disappointing. Take your business elsewhere. read more

DO NOT USE THIS WOMAN. Marlene had given me price of $150 for 2 hours, for two cleaners to come for a maintenance clean. First off only one woman showed up. She spent 3 hours instead of 2, without even giving me a heads up. She then tells me to make beds it's an extra $15 per bed... I have never in my life paid extra for a bed to be made, that's usually always included. When three hours pass she then tells me it'll be $190 instead of the $150. I hold off on sending the payment until I get home to inspect. I do not know what she did for 3 hours besides make 2 beds and clean a shower. The floors were ridiculously dirty, blinds and baseboards weren't done. I was flabbergasted. So I lost 3 hours of my life then got to go home and clean. Meanwhile I'm telling this lady hey I'm not happy but I don't have the time for you to come fix it. I don't feel your price is fair for the work that was done but would happily pay the original price. Then came the threats and harassment. She threatened to come to my home and COLLECT PAYMENT and if I sent her less than the $190 she'd send it back and come to my home. She continued saying she's a legit business blah blah blah. My husband contracted Fairy Dust Cleaning service as a valentines gift to me . Little did he knew it was going to cost us more than just the cleaning fees. We had just installed a branch new sink. Not sure what type of solution or scrub was used but they left my sick with scratches all over . The cleaning lady didn't mentioned this to my husband and now they don't want to be responsible for this . My cost for the sink was $600 plus the $350 we paid for the cleaning fees they charge . They say they guarantee their service but not responsible for damages . I will never do business with them again. read more
