Mr Bristol and Samantha have been my absolute heroes!!…read more Unexpected unemployment, left me in a deep hole with 2 lawsuits filed against me. I read so much and was very overwhelmed!! To say the least!! I was very worried about my wages and loss of car. I thank my friend that used Mr Bristol years ago, and told me to call him and do everything he says. She was right!! I never thought about filing bankruptcy, but, it was my best option. From the very beginning, they walked me thru the process, and made me feel better. Walking into his office, sits a guitar. Tho, he states he doesn't play any more, shows he has soul!! Reassuring!! Although, I was still stressed, because it was too easy. At every point Samantha let me know she had it under control. I hope to never be in this situation again, but, will forever be grateful for the diligence and care they gave. These attorneys are not assholes, they really give it to you straight, and worked everything out for me, including my stress of IRS debt!! I can sleep much better now thanks to the work they did for me!! I HIGHLY recommend them if you EVER find yourself in a position of being over whelmed. I can not thank you enough!!!!

I honestly don't even know where to begin because "amazing" doesn't come close to describing my…read moreexperience with this attorney. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond for me and my case. He made what was an incredibly stressful and emotional process feel manageable because I always knew I had someone in my corner. He was so personal, compassionate, attentive, and accessible throughout the entire process. I never felt like just another client or another case number. He genuinely cared. He guided me every step of the way, answered my questions, made himself available when I needed him, and always made me feel heard and reassured. He even took the time to speak with my brother, who is also a criminal defense attorney in another state, and they were completely on the same page. That meant so much to me. And then came the phone call with the results. When he personally called me to tell me, I cried. I truly could not have asked for a better outcome, and I could not have been blessed with a better attorney to guide me through the process. I will forever be grateful for what he did for me. I would hire him 10,000,000 times over without hesitation, and I will recommend him to absolutely anyone who needs a criminal defense attorney. He is worth every single penny and then some! If I could describe him in one sentence, I would say: gentle shark . He is kind, compassionate, patient, and gentle with you, but an absolute shark when it comes to fighting for you and protecting your interests. I genuinely feel like he was a God-send. An absolute angel when I needed one most. If you are looking for someone who will truly fight for you, guide you, listen to you, and treat you like a human being rather than just a case, hire him. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I am beyond grateful that he was my attorney.

What a horrible experience trying to get an estate set up for an uncle. They advertised a nice…read moreprice. I paid the cost and then the first set of paperwork I sent them took 3 1/2 weeks to arrive as I sent it regular mail. Maybe that's the case or maybe it sat on someone's desk somewhere I don't know. But then I was asked to send an original will from my uncle and of course I was fearful because of what had just played out with the previous mail, but I sent it priority. And lo and behold, according to them, my package arrived missing pages. Again, even after I told them how fearful I was at sending it because it was my only copy. I treated it like Gold. I know I sent the entire package and somehow Pages got lost and now they wanna charge me more money to set up the estate. The associate I was working with said she had seen this happen before where the Post Office lost pages in a priority package. The additional fee they want to charge me almost doubles what they advertised. The lesson here is don't choose an attorney that isn't close enough that you can go physically and hand them paperwork and don't choose one because they advertise a cheaper price. You might get the service I just received. The only good thing they did is offer me a full refund so I go find another attorney to get the job done correctly only now I have to do it without my original will from my uncle.
