After watching me eat for two minutes, my boss suggested casually that it was "time to see a dentist.*" Using the phonebook (this was pre-Yelp days, kids), I found Dr. Weir's office. I explained my situation (couldn't eat, extreme pain) and tried to book an appointment as soon as I could. To my utter disbelief they offered to stay open a little later THAT DAY so I could see them. The receptionist later told me that my voice reminded her of her son in college, and that's why they agreed to help me. I have never gone to another dentist since. This facility is ultra-modern; less clinical than spa-like with its tile and wood an incandescent lighting and large windows. Their waiting room is small for a reason: I almost never wait more than 10 minutes for an appointment. Dr. Weir also never tries to sell me stuff I don't need (like my previous dentist who was constantly hawking unnecessary orthodontal procedures). Even though my first experience with him involved yanking four teeth out of my head, I've always returned here. Obligatory Title Pun: A dentist that knows the DRILL. Horrible Office Staff Experince!…read more I tried to email this place about their dental practices as I was curious for some insight and was rudely spoken to in an email and degraded by whomever emailed me today (2 march 2024). Whoever works at the Dr Arun Narang office should check how this person spoke to me, it was a simple misunderstanding on my part and was hit back with a degrading email that made it seem like I wasn't "serious" about what I was asking about. I was told to send photos, x-rays and a letter from my orthodontist so they could refer me to a surgeon, which I responded that I would get those documents from my orthodontist (since I don't have them with me so I would need to ask my ortho) and I said this I said that I would need to contact my ortho to get this info and I will be in contact with them soon, yet I was screamed at through email by whomever was email. And I was told in the next email ,after I said I STILL need to get those documents for you I will give it to you soon, that " If you want to be taken seriously provide me what I am asking ". How rude can you be. This is how I know this person didn't read my email. I had to email back and refer to my previous email stating that I still need to get the documents. I was also told "Do what I asked of you" which is quite a harsh way to speak to someone who is a potential customer. Horrible Horrible customer service. Staff doesn't have to be this rude, its appalling. Staff shouldn't be this cold to potential customers. I have however found an amazing office somewhere else, the staff is amazing and kind. I was referred by my partner who has been here since he was a kid. The dentistry team here are friendly and family oriented. The same dental hygienist is usually cleaning my teeth. I like the consistency because they know your teeth and tolerance when it comes to cleaning. I don't know who else feels the same about dental cleaning, but I find it therapeutic. What makes it better is when you look up to the ceiling light you will see pictures of clouds and/or hot air balloons. Today I started my Invisalign treatment. Dr. Leung had provided me a thorough consultation and health teaching. I feel so confident with this treatment so far. I can't wait to see her in two weeks!

So my daughter has been Dr. Cross's patient-we had seen him once free of charge last year and then never needed to come here again. So this time around after visiting the Orthodontist the decision made was 4 teeth extraction for improving crowding. My daughter went in this afternoon and the front staff greeted us took all our insurance info sent in all the direct billing for us-we pay upfront and the they direct bill for us and we receive the check that's how they work. Baby A. was taken inside in a timely manner and Patricia our dental assistant made her feel so so comfortable.She briefed us with the procedure and Dr. Cross soon came in and made A. at easy securing her the 4 shots won't feel and the extraction would feel nothing but a tug and pressure. All this was done within an hours time-Patrica constantly held my daughters hand and patted on her held she felt so so nice she just told me and Dr. Cross obviously did a great job keeping A. engaged with his short conversations.He is very experienced and gentle. This clinic is super clean-modern-lots of staff and lots of parking.Its situated in the Milton mall by Lowes.
