I'd like the association to be dissolved. There's no benefit from having to pay a fee for this whatsoever.

I'm disabled, and I had fallen off my stationary bike and it fell on top of me. Unfortunately, I didn't have my phone to call anyone. Like a crazy person, I started screaming for the neighbors, and I was fortunate enough that one of them called the police. Anyway, Corporal Will Smith and the rest of the group that came to rescue me, were amazing. They were very caring the whole way through. Corporal Will Smith gave me a pillow and made sure I was comfortable until the rest of them came. There was no way he could've got me up by himself, as I'm a very heavy person. Anyway, bravo.

I have very little respect for them. instead of Law Enforcement, rather Crime Enabling.. Big Tip: A…read moreClearly marked sign implies there can be no mistaking the meaning. If you're sponsoring or monitoring an event, make a BIG (meaning "Legible " ) sign, or better yet, have a police car or other personnel present to warn folks THEIR CAR WILL BE TOWED, Including the dates and times IN LARGE LETTERS, Not 20 point font. Not only that, there was absolutely no indication of any event in the works. Can't you put up something to let people know something is about to happen? These signs looked like someone had forgotten to take them down from a previous event. See my review of Miller &O'Brien Towing. it's a system designed to gouge the innocent. They know just how to rob people because they work with criminals. Anyone with any decency would not want to associate with these folks, who seem unmatched in their incompetence. We stood in the cold waiting for them to figure out where our car was...then made us wait 45 minutes while they tried to complete the actual paperwork meanwhile the two useless clown faced twits in the office pointed fingers and giggled at us; then we had to call 2 Lyft rides ...when they could have given us a ride to the tow lot. I might feel pity for you if you and your cohorts hadn't squeezed $768.00 from us; for what? Because we're nice people? I guess. And because you're not.

They offer free admission. So everyone is welcome! :D I was greeted by two old female docents and were excited to see me. They have a very limited exhibits and artifacts as well as a gift shop. I was able to see everything from the bathroom to the cardboard exhibits in less than 30 mins. Parking lot available as well as street parking. Overall, it's just a small town museum.

One of the docents, Susan, was lovely, eager to share amusing stories about and the history of different pieces in the museum. Otherwise, it's a self-paced and self-guided tour. Some of the more interesting parts were the model railroad exhibit made up of the beaches, mountains, and buildings along the Pacific Coast Highway, articles about the "surfing Santa" who skydived into a shopping center to put on a show for the kids in 1963 but ended up in the ocean and was saved by surfers, and historical photos of Devil's Slide. There's even a sports room which includes a display of the memories of Sea Bowl. It was nice to see and learn a little bit about the history of this town. Parking was free and easy right next to the little brown church. There's a gift shop too, but I skipped it during my recent visit. With free admission, this museum is definitely woth checking out and won't take long to get through (maybe 30 minutes).

Hence the name "Rec and Aquatic center". What I like: - indoor/outdoor pools have set times for lap/open swim - splash pad is great for kids, no deeper than 1 ft in the deepest part - Multi-use court for basketball, pickleball, volleyball - Weight room has machines for major muscle groups and dumbbells (up to 50lbs) - Friendly staff and clean facilities - Studio rooms with mirrors for classes/stretching - Indoor track is great for jogging and has space for bodyweight exercises What I tolerate: - Idk if this is their job or not, but lifeguards don't enforce swim lane speeds when it's busy - Track is best for light jogs, not sprints or trying to PR mile. The turns are not "sharp", but the faster you run the more effort you put in to slow down - Weight room is beginner-friendly but limited in equipment and weight, dumbbells only up to 50lbs so you can't really test your strength here. Overall, it's a solid community fitness center, not perfect, but great for staying active.

I recently collided with an asshole who decided to ignore circle swimming etiquette, resulting in a sprained finger I later found out, and the lifeguard on duty did absolutely NOTHING. They did not try to stop the swimmer or blow the whistle to alert me, and they never even checked in on me or speak to the other swimmer after the incident. Furthermore, during recreation swims they seemingly do not care about basic safety rules. They allow small children in the deep end with lifejackets, and basically just stand around the entire time. I would not count on them to keep you very safe.
