It is a big place with good sized, clean rooms tea and coffee making facilities and colour tv's in all rooms and ensuite rooms also availible, suitable for both leisure and business purposes. The rates are reasonable and there are regular bus services with the bus stops a stones throw away.

The room was an en-suite. It was clean and comfortable, (brilliant use of space for the tub and toilet) with coffee and tea mini-bar and a colour tv. Breakfast was nicely served in a big and clean dining room. The only downside of the place is the rarity of buses going to my destination which was the QE, but I guess it could be my fault as I was an outsider from town. Overall, a nice place to stay and I would definitely choose it again if I'd go to King's Lynn.
