I was referred to this office by my primary care doctor because of possible fertility issues, and…read moremy experience was honestly frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. After being taken back, I gave a urine sample and was told to wait in the exam room. The doctor came in briefly, said it could be a number of different things, and told me to sit tight while they figured out testing. She mentioned doing a sperm count test and then left the room. She never came back. I sat there for 45 minutes with no updates, no communication, and no idea what was going on. Eventually, a nurse came in and rather rudely asked why I was still there. I explained I was waiting for the doctor, but I never saw her again and was given no answers or guidance on next steps. What made it worse was how uncaring they seemed about my condition. I was basically told that "anything" could cause someone to be completely normal one day and infertile the next, and that even though I'm young, it could just fix itself. It's now been 6 months with no change, so that reassurance feels dismissive at best. To top it off, I was told it would cost $200 to have the test done, and they couldn't even perform the test or read the results at their facility. Overall, the lack of communication, professionalism, and basic concern for a patient's situation was unacceptable. I would not recommend this office to anyone, especially for something as serious and sensitive as fertility concerns.
