We stayed for one night. It was a pre cruise stay. Our cruise was out of Port Canaveral and this was convenient and not as expensive as the hotels that are closer to the port. The checkin was easy and quick. There were fresh baked cookies. Our room was clean and adequate. I was worried about noise from the highway but it was fine. The included breakfast buffett was more than adequate. Coffee was not quite strong enough for me. We would stay here again. read more

As someone who travels regionally for work on a weekly basis, I typically wait to book a hotel until I'm winding down my day and know where I'll be starting again the next morning. I almost always choose Marriott first, with Hilton brands as my second option. That said, I booked the Fairfield Inn Titusville Kennedy Space Center simply based on location--it was close to where I needed to be the next day and part of a hotel brand I've long trusted. When I pulled into the property, I noticed it was situated right off the highway among several other roadside options like Days Inn and other economy-tier stops. I was tired, but it was a Fairfield, and I expected it would meet my basic needs: a clean place to finish up work, hop on a conference call, and get a good night's rest. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I've come to expect from Marriott. Like I always do, I pulled back the sheets to check the cleanliness of the bed--something I've done habitually for years--and this time, I wasn't so lucky. When I lifted the fitted sheet, I found bugs. Horrified, I packed up immediately and called Bonvoy support, explaining the situation and requesting a refund. I also made it clear I didn't want to be double billed as I was leaving the hotel due to unsanitary conditions. Disappointingly, the Bonvoy representative apologized but informed me there was "nothing she could do" and that I had to handle it locally with the hotel. For someone who has been loyal to Marriott for years and is supposed to be a "valued" Bonvoy member, that response was incredibly disheartening. It felt like my loyalty didn't matter once an issue arose. It's easy to offer service when things go right, but it's how a brand manages the tough moments that truly defines customer experience--and Bonvoy completely missed the mark. Fortunately, the gentleman working the front desk at the Fairfield Inn was gracious, understanding, and clearly embarrassed. He handled the situation with professionalism and care. He immediately reversed the charge on my corporate card and even offered to help find me another hotel. While I had already secured a new room elsewhere, I thanked him sincerely--his response was exactly what I had hoped for from Marriott corporate. It's a shame he had to carry the weight of a failure that wasn't his alone. There were also some red flags I brushed off upon arrival that, in hindsight, were telling. For instance, the elevator call button didn't work. If you needed to use the elevator from the lobby, you had to notify the front desk so they could go into the control room and send it manually. From your room, you had to call down to have it summoned. While I personally don't mind stairs, I can recognize how inconvenient this would be for a guest with luggage or accessibility needs. In the end, while the front desk associate salvaged what could've been a total disaster, my confidence in the Marriott brand has taken a real hit. I expect better--not just from the rooms, but from the organization as a whole when it comes to supporting their customers in difficult moments. read more

This place was pretty decent. The room was clean and had the usual amenities (hair dryer, fridge, microwave, coffee maker). These days with covid no one comes to clean your room or empty the trash so two nights is probably the longest you'd want to stay. You can hear the big rigs backing up at night. They all tend to park in that cul de sac. Free breakfast is a nice perk, several individual serve cereals, muffins, yogurt, coffee, bananas and juices. There's a small pool outback for the hotter days but didn't try it or check it out. Online check in and check out allows you to get the key on your phone and get in and out without having to talk to anyone. Towels were thin but clean, sheets and pillows were comfortable, shower was hot with decent pressure and tub option. read more

I would give this a solid three stars. Three and a half if I could. It wasn't the best, but also not the worst. Rooms were spacious, clean, came with two flat screen TV's that allowed you to sign into your Netflix acct, a fridge and microwave. What else can you ask for, really. The breakfast bar was closed due to Covid, but they did allow you to brown bag the little items that you wanted and take back to your room...like fruit, yogurts and little handhelds like that. The pool was meh. Nothing to rave about because you can't really "lay out" since they don't have lounge chairs. This could be because of what's going on now with Covid also. Staff was very friendly and the location was close to the interstate. I would stay here again if ever in Titusville area. read more

Our 6 nights stay here turned into a one night stay. My wife insisted that we stay here while our daughter went to Space Camp. The Fairfield was the number 1 rated hotel in Titusville according to Tripadvisor. It may have been the top rated, but, I definitely have experienced better in different parts of the country. We arrived to the hotel at about 4 PM. The front desk staff did not seem too friendly. They checked us in, but, did not seem to want to answer our questions. But, that made for a quick check in. The room seemed kind of small to us. It had 2 queen beds. It was furnished with a desk, dresser, TV, refrigerator and microwave. The room had one closet with an older wood folding door. It made the room look old. The bathroom was adequate and had everything you need for a hotel bathroom with soap, shampoo, conditioner from Pantene. I've stayed in better Fairfields before. The winner at the hotel was Barbara and her breakfast. Barbara was a sweetheart. She was great! She was very friendly and gave us suggestions on what to visit. She took pride in the breakfast she served. Barbara is the reason I am giving this hotel 3 stars instead of 2. The Fairfield may have been the top rated hotel in Titusville, but, that is because there aren't very many hotels in Titusville. It is okay for a one night stay. We stayed here at the end of Sept. in 2015. Sorry it has taken me so long to write the review. It is one of the only Hotels in Titusville that has a double queen size beds. It was nice to have two queen size beds to recline on. The rooms were clean and nice. The staff was super sweet, nice and helpful. We stayed here on our way to the Kennedy Space Center. They gave us lots of good advice and coupons too. Breakfast was free. Breakfast at many of the hotels are not something that I rave about. The biscuits and gravy were too DIE FOR. As a matter of fact the reason I am writing this review so late is in hopes that the hotel will see my review and send me the recipe. The cook was so generous and kind. We came a little late for breakfast but they made sure we all got a chance to eat and take our time before clearing it up and putting it away. These were the best biscuits and gravy that I have ever eaten in my whole life. As a matter of fact my son who normally doesn't want to eat breakfast. Had two biscuits and gravy. We still rave about the biscuits and gravy. If you stop here be sure to say hello to the staff who are super friendly and don't forget to try the biscuits and gravy. We stayed at this Fairfield Inn last Saturday night (10/13/18) on our way home from Great Smoky Mountains, as we wanted to hit up Merritt Island Sunday morning. And we have stayed here at least one other time on a similar trip. After a long car ride, it was a pleasure to check in quickly with such friendly staff to a clean, comfy room. There are plenty of easily accessible outlets and USB ports to charge our various electronics. The big television and efficient AC also contribute to the comfort of the spacious room. The bed is cozy with a lot of pillows; there is an extra blanket and pillow in the closet if needed. We didn't stay for the free breakfast but the coffee we grabbed on the way out was actually quite good. What more could one want in one-night, road-trip stay? read more

This is a great place and wonderful experience today - i had stayed in Titusville, Florida in Fairfield Inn. They are 20 miles from Kennedy Space center. They are close to Palandine Beach .. They are close to Cape Canaveral. You have FREE WIFI. They also have pet policy with US $25 dollar for sanitation fees. the staff and service they give are remarkable. To mention good and great asset is Jim Underwood- managing partners- he really cares for what he says, he is honest and great gentleman. Alisha i n the front desk is really nice. Barbara in the Breakfast does a fantastic job. We cannot forget how they operate- this is real sold example of the service. Parking is free too. The breakfast has lot of varieties. The hotel is next to a Cracker Barrel, which is so very convenient. Also, thy sell tickets to the Kennedy space center, tax free!! I love saving money while on holiday. The hotel check in was easy and I was able to get pillows that are feather free. I love down pillows, but they don't love me. My previous stays were at "five star " locations that disappointed me. This Fairfield deserves much more than 5 stars. Easy to access location, ample parking. They have free breakfast, that's pretty neat! They had very kind, excellent personnel with loads of patients for the kids that came with us. Our AC broke one night and they immediately offered to let us change rooms! Every time you leave the hotel they fold the toilet paper in an adorably decorative way and you can let them know if you don't want them to tidy up. We came here to see the Kennedy Space Center and they told us all about the park, including tips on how to have the most fun. read more

I have stayed here numerous times due to it's excellent location right off the highway. The rooms are spacious and clean. I would rate it higher except that on my most recent visit, there were children running amok throughout the hallways day and night with little to no parental supervision. Hotel staff seemed oblivious or unwilling to manage the noise and disruptive behavior which soured our entire visit. To those seeking quiet, I would suggest staying somewhere else. read more

I love Fairfield Inns, and this one is one of the reasons why. It is super-clean, and has a very friendly desk staff. The bed was comfy and everything was fresh and clean. I had a big, long bathroom - which I really like - lots of counter space. There was a frig and microwave. The bed was spectacular. I don't know why, maybe I was just tired - but it was so comfy. Free wi-fi and parking. The breakfast in the morning was better than most Fairfield Inns. Usually, it's just breads, cereals, etc. But, this one had hot scrambled eggs, potatos and some kind of meat - in addition to the waffle-maker and all the continental breakfast stuff. That was nice. As for the area; it is right off the interstate and right out the front door is a Cracker Barrel. It is not near downtown Titusville - that is a bit of a drive - about 10, 15 minutes. Same for the Kennedy Space Center. You definitely would have to have a car to get to the Space Center or the beaches. There's a Walmart and LOTS of fast-food joints within a couple blocks, tho. read more

Another really nice hotel to stay at, with or without your pet. We arrived to very friendly hotel personnel & management, who welcomed my wife & I, and our shaggy dog like old friends. Hot chocolate chip cookies were waiting for us at check-in. Our suite was roomy, comfortable and very clean. There is a small in-room refrigerator and microwave, and TV & phone in both the living & bedroom areas. The hotel halls, lobby and breakfast room were very clean & attractive, and the entire staff was friendly & very helpful. There are enough grassy areas for a leashed dog to romp, no fire ant mounds in the dog walks, and the hotel is off Highway 95, on a relatively quiet, low traffic street. The complimentary breakfast was very good, with breakfast muffin sandwiches, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt & a variety of fruit, & the usual sweets, bagels & goodies. What a pleasant stay I had at this Fairfield Inn. My girlfriend and I were looking for accommodations for a night before a flight back to Seattle. We had just gotten off a cruise, and discovered this hotel on Hotel Tonight. It couldn't have worked out any better. We arrived to a smile at the front desk, and friendly cleaning staff in the hallway. Everyone was so hospitable and nice. The room was extremely clean and comfortable - just what we needed after exhausting ourselves on the boat. BONUS: great pool in the sun and a tasty continental breakfast with an array of options. I wish I could give them less than 1 star. In 20 years of travel, this is the only hotel that I have ever made a reservation at that does NOT let you cancel or even slightly modify your reservation. Once you book it, your money is lost. I lost $160. The worst part is the staff had absolutely no empathy. They didn't consider me a customer even though they charged me $160. Oh Boy where to start. Well let's just say bed bugs or something like it got me good on my one night stay in room #421. When I woke up I started to itch like crazy all over my body and after showering I seen red dots and thought possibly a heat rash or mosquito bite. On my four hour drive home I felt different and not my normal self so on the next day I went to my doctor and he advised if it is a bed bug bite It may take a few weeks to notice that your bites are part of a larger pattern. Bed bug bites are often very itchy. You may experience a burning sensation on the skin several days after you've been bitten. You won't feel the bugs bite you because they excrete a tiny amount of anesthesia into your body before they bite. He was absolutely right my arms and legs are all scared of course from itching even with the medicine he gave me. So I wrote to the hotel to advsie this room has bed bugs and within 24 hrs they replied. Stayed here for work. The 4th floor was upgraded and very nice, it was practically brand new. The best thing about this place is the great customer service. If they hated their jobs, they sure didn't show it. If only all hotels had such cheery service! So... It was 230pm and I just changed my flight to early morning. Staying here has been mostly fine. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, with good bedding, a mini fridge, a coffee maker and a nice flat screen tv. The clock radio is actually in good shape and easy to operate. There is no microwave or room safe. The towels are not plush and the soaps and shampoo are not fancy, but they are good enough. There is free wi-fi, and the connection seems pretty good. Yay! The free self-serve breakfast is good, with a fair selection of foods. I was aware of some low-pitched rumble from nearby I 95. Probably most people would not notice it, but I found it annoying when trying to sleep. This is a good pick when visiting the Space Center. read more

Located right off the freeway around 3 other chain hotels & about 11 miles from Kennedy Space Center. Upon arrival, the front desk attendant Tonisha was super friendly & helpful. Lobby renovated and nice, rooms have half renovation. It looks like soft goods were done but things like closet doors were old and beat up, old desk chair, but overall still nice. Breakfast was nice, boiled eggs, yogurts, breads and paistries, fruit, jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, DIY waffels, cereals, coffee, milk, juices, and more. Especially great because it was included, along with internet. Nice pool, small work out room. Hotel was above the average Fairfields I've been to, but the nice welcome and help from Tonisha at front desk when we arrived definitely set the mood to be a positive stay. read more

Very clean, beautiful decor, excellent and fully stocked breakfast of eggs, potatoes, biscuits and sausage gravy, fruit, bagels and pastries, fresh brewed coffee, etc. This hotel also has a very nice exercise room that's available 24 hours. They provide complimentary allergen-free laundry soap and bounce dryer sheets. The washing machine and dryer are reasonably priced. The beds were very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The only negative was the lack of water pressure in the shower, but that's not a big deal when everything else is so fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay close to all the attractions nearby! read more

Some of the restaurants/fast food places we noticed in the area are: Panda Express, McDonald's, IHOP, Cracker Barrel, and Subway. Walmart and Target are also close by. read more

Tonisha was super nice and quick. After checking in after all those flights, she was incredibly pleasant and very informative. We wanted to pick up a few things we weren't able to bring on the flight over and explore a little so she told us where the closest grocery type store was and how far the space center was. She also had a razor handy when I needed one. Yay free stuff (unlike paying for your bandaids, that happened a few days later on the cruise ship, super lame!). Anyways, I can't stress that she was helpful, she let us know where we can park to be closest and where it was easier to bring in our bags from, what time breakfast was... etc. Pretty much anything we could want to know. I know if I ever come back to Titusville, this is where I want to stay. The only kind of bad thing is that I really wanted egg and sausage in the morning but they only had pastries, yogurt, waffles, juices, ceral, coffee. Of course nothing hot but it would have been nice, I still had a fabulous experience and a great rest before my hectic vacation :-) read more
