Great stay and friendly service. Beds were comfy, had hot water. All the Hampton Inn amenities and traditional Hampton Inn Breakfast (but the share with Homewood Suites). I would have most likely had to switch to valet both are pricy but the self-parking is limited and no real close by options I could find. Hilton Honors members get member rates for both the Homewood and Hampton. I chose Hampton for the better price and bonus points are higher. I was not disappointed and would say pleasantly surprised. Rooms were great. Hotel was clean and loved it had the historic church incorporated into the hotel, as well as a great location. I even walked down to Kroger to pick up some snacks. The location is fantastic and an easy walk to the convention center, which made getting around incredibly convenient. Our only real complaints were the tiny, slow elevators and the pace of service in the restaurant and bar. That said, there was a major convention in town, and it seemed like all of the downtown hotels were stretched pretty thin. The staff was clearly busy, so it felt more like they were overwhelmed than inattentive. If you're looking for something with more character than the standard hotel experience, this is a great choice.

We only had the pleasure of staying one night, but we really liked it here. We were "in town" for a music event and checked in during the early evening. The desk agent was hospitable and made us feel welcomed. She came around the desk to hand us our key cards and complimentary water bottles before pointing us in the direction of the elevators. Our room was on the 12th, and highest, floor. It was very clean and had a very sleek look with a large window in the sleeping/living area, as well as another in the restroom. The view was mostly of the surrounding rooftops, but it was nice to have some natural light. There was a robe and slippers in the room for us as well. We dropped our things, stowed some items in the mini fridge and headed out. On our way back out, the desk clerk asked how the room was and we were able to request a second robe and pair of slippers. We also inquired about the complimentary champagne or sparkling wine that they had behind the desk. She graciously poured some for each of us and again came from behind the desk to hand it directly to us. It's a small gesture that meant so much. Very classy! We sipped the libation and took in the artwork in the larger lobby area located near the entrance. There is a lot of comfortable sitting areas, beautiful decor and artwork, as well as backgammon boards. We sat enjoying this space for a while prior to leaving for our concert. Upon our return, we requested their complimentary sleep kits. They include ear plugs, eye masks and chamomile tea. That was a nice touch. We walked to the Steak and Shake located across the street for a late-night snack. We had a good night's rest in the room. The thermostat was easily adjustable, and the a/c functioned well. In the morning, the water temp and pressure were good and the body wash included in the shower smelled like the hotel lobby. It is a subtle and refreshing scent.

The suites were very clean, large and well appointed with full sized fridge, toaster oven, microwave and kitchen. Popcorn and dish soap on hand for you, too. Housekeeping comes quickly (tip them, of course) and does a good job. Plenty of storage, a laundry hamper, ironing board, etc., two TVs, decent lighting and seating throughout. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The shower was adequate, the toiletries were fine and the vanity lighting was sufficient; air flow was such that the shower did not steam up the mirror and a fan turned on along with the light in the bath/WC area. There was a lovely patio out back with lots of comfy seating. The breakfast was pretty terrific in a comfy area (ice and drinks available 24/7) and all the staffers we encountered were helpful and friendly. The hallways and elevators were a little shabby, but other common areas were great. I looked but did not find a safe for valuables. After our first night, we returned from breakfast to find our rooms were being serviced by housekeeping; unlike the situation in other hotels, the housekeeper did not confirm our identity or block us from simply walking into the room. We discovered another person - a 9-year-old child - quietly relaxing on the sofa while she worked. It turned out to be no problem in our situation, but the lack of a safe and these security issues would give me real concern had we kept valuables, confidential materials or anything dangerous in our room. As it was, I kept the "no housekeeping" magnet on the doorframe after our second night. With that exception, it was pretty perfect for what we wanted. Not upscale in any way, but with everything you needed.

Check-in was a breeze, although a little delayed. We used our voucher to sit in the bar and have an amazing cocktail. The wait wasn't very long before the front desk came to find us and give us our room keys. We had an upper-level room with big windows that overlooked downtown. The room had high ceilings, a walk-in shower, beautiful amenities, and was very clean and very comfortable. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room, but there was nothing in our visit that stood out as something we were missing or that would have made us more comfortable. The bedding, the pillows, everything was great. Easy walk to the Gainbridge Field House. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Excellent place to stay. Check out was super easy. Just walk out and drop your cards in the box off elevators. We walked out to our car and drove away. My only concern is that the emailed folio with the total for the weekend was about $40 less than what was actually charged to my card. The charge to my card is only a hold, so when that payment settles, it should be the stated amount in the confirmation email.

This isn't traditionally designed like the typical Embassy Suites with the fun, clear elevators that encourage you to look out of the see-through elevator walls as you go up and down at least a dozen floors to and from your room. This Embassy Suites has a different design, notably way less floors and enclosed elevators. This is just an FYI. It DOES have other traditional Embassy Suites features like made-to-order omeletes at their famous complimentary breakfasts and nice private conference rooms for parties and events. My sister's wedding party and many out of town guests stayed here during her wedding weekend and for the most part, didn't have too many issues and slept well. HOWEVER, I must mention the two main reasons why I can't give this hotel 4 or 5 stars: 1. SOOO many things were broken and old. Notably, the sliding door to my sister's bathroom in her suite BROKE OFF THE HINGES and nearly collapsed on someone! We also dealt with a broken toilet paper holder in my room, spotty internet, and a busted light, among a few other things I can't remember. 2. It was $250 a night for a basic room and that was WITH the wedding block discount! Without it, the price was like $370 a night. And we booked months in advance. This is Noblesville, Indiana, not NYC. Charging $300+ is wild. I do want to shout out the staff, especially the front desk manager who was so kind to us, especially with allowing us to check in early and leave a little late. The staff that set up the party room my sister reserved for her Mehndi henna party (this was an Indian wedding) did a great job as well. There's also a lot of parking and, obviously, the breakfast is bomb dot com.

But then I remembered, of course, there is a conference center attached. Crisis averted. Check-in was so quick and easy that I almost felt like a VIP. The young lady at the front desk was a superstar, smiling nonstop and making everyone feel welcome. She gave me the lowdown on the bar and restaurant and even pointed out the bartender setting up so I could start the night right. When I asked about the restaurant, she lit up like a Christmas tree and spilled all her menu favorites, along with top picks from her coworkers and regulars. I knew then this stay was going to be legendary. My room was so spacious, I wanted to do a happy dance. The last Embassy Suites I stayed at felt like a shoebox compared to this one. I claimed a spot by the big screen downstairs, then realized there were TVs everywhere, including a cozy hideaway behind the bar for a more private hangout. We hit up the complimentary happy hour for some nibbles and drinks, then ordered a feast of shrimp, quesadillas, pork belly bites, and fries. Of course, we made friends with some fellow travelers, because what is a girls' night without new pals to laugh with? The area is packed with fun. There is an outdoor mall less than five minutes away, plus every dining option under the sun, from fast food to fancy sit-down spots. They even have a BJ's and other shops. Need a hospital? Covered. Need snacks at 2 a.m.? Also covered. The pull-out sofa was shockingly comfy, and I slept like a baby. Honestly, I was not ready to leave the next morning. The hotel offers laundry, a self-wash area, a pool, and a workout room, so you can basically move in. LOL Breakfast the next morning was a made to order omelets and juice, though you could fill your plate with all kinds of options. There are tons of seats for solo travelers or big groups ready to gossip and eat. I am definitely coming back and will shout this place's praises to anyone who will listen, from my friends to my family and even my coworkers. This hotel is a party waiting to happen, and you will want to be part of it. Embassy Suites Noblesville is a winner in my book for a staycation. Before I forget, the front desk decor and water wall create a beautiful first impression. The music sheets displayed behind the front desk are truly stunning. I suspect this musical touch is inspired by the nearby Ruoff Music Center, but I'll be sure to ask next time for the inside scoop. Check them out if you haven't already done so.
