I heard later in the afternoon they have live music and a lot more of a vibe, but honestly it was perfect for my friends and me. They have fishing, a park for kids, games, animals, food, picnic tables, and lots of open space to run around. Very family-oriented and such a nice outdoor experience. We really don't have many places like this in Miami, so I genuinely enjoyed myself. I didn't try the lemonade this time, but I did get an iced coffee and it was delicious. Next time I'm trying the lemonade, it comes in these mini buckets and looked super refreshing with a bunch of flavor options. If I'm not mistaken, parking was free (maybe because it was Sunday), and if you plan to fish, you do need to get a wristband and pay. Don't try to sneak around it because they will come find you pay your dues ;)

Parking, then just to fish even if you bring your own equipment, water, s'mores around for put used to be free and now you can purchase a kit so when I say everything I mean everything. I completely understand being a business and having enough money to keep up but this farm isn't what it used to be. It's doesn't feel family owed anymore. More corporate and money style. Still beautiful place to go to but expect to pay for everything unlike back in 2022 to 2024. Sad to see something so beautiful become what it is. Makes me want to find another small family owned farm.

From start to finish, communication was timely, clear, and professional. Having access to the event portal made everything seamless, from reviewing event details and contract guidelines to making payments and sending quick messages. Catering recommendations were provided and utilized, making this a true one-stop shop for all the services we needed. The event space itself is quaint yet ample enough to comfortably accommodate a decent guest count. We reserved the space for 70 people and still had plenty of room. On the day of the event, all we had to do was add gifts to the gift table and enjoy the celebration. I highly recommend Elegance Unveiled to anyone looking for a truly hands-off, stress-free event planning experience.

We participated in the promo deal in which we had to pay a lump sum upfront to help with improvements with the venue; which included a glass arboretum which we were told would be complete by February 2024 and is still not complete from what we have been told from other couples who have reached out and toured the property. Per our contract we could "cash out" vendors at certain amounts and substitute them with vendors of our choice. Per our contract "cash out" amounts we are to be owed around $3k, which the owner Jason and I agreed to. Fast forward about 6 months later we still have not received a dime of what we are owed per contract. He has told me we'd be reimbursed a certain day, that day comes around and nothing. Now, I have not heard from Jason in about 2 months. As other reviews state, communication is a big problem. It is a task to get into contact with Jason and weddings are already stressful enough but even more so when the venue is inconsistent and not transparent with communication. Just one example is when we asked if the glass arboretum for the reception area would be complete in time for our wedding. Jason gave us the run around and my mother in law ended up reaching out to the construction company directly to get the answer. Yes, the venue is wonderful but the amount of added stress and lack of professionalism from the owner is not worth booking your wedding or event here. There are tons of other great venues in the area.

It looks like a ranch style home on the outside, and inside, it has a very big open floor plan. There is a bridal suite and a grooms suite as well. They have a full kitchen with an extra room connected that is filled with all types of decorations that you are allowed to use for your wedding or any event. They have an outside gazebo with an outside bar and firepit. They have plenty of photo op options with beautiful decor. We enjoyed the venue for our wedding (May 2023), and everything turned out beautiful. Kim & Chris definitely work with you on everything and anything to help make your day and the days leading to it run smoothly and easily. Communication was always great, and if I needed something quickly, they would accommodate me swiftly. Such a beautiful venue and exactly what we envisioned for our big day. They were the only venue i came across that you could use whichever catering, wedding planner, etc. you wanted too. Ynlike other venues where you had to choose from on of their options. I definitely recommend them for sure.

BUT are still people like this out there!!! I will never do business or say anything nice about this venue. Shame on you! With that being said in the best interest of our family, friends and loved ones Ashton and Stewart have decided not to have their wedding ceremony and reception that was planned on April 11th. While having to make adjustments and cancellations it has been heartwarming in this difficult time when the caterer (Doughgirls catering) gave the entire deposit back with well wishes. Thank you!! Then there's the Venue, The Bottle Factory in Monroe NC. I don't recommend anyone EVER book an event with Sherry Helms that owns the Bottle Factory. She doesn't truly care about anything but the money. This is not a normal situation; they didn't just change their mind. We contacted her under the current circumstances discouraging large gatherings and asked for some kind of refund. In a time of Pandemic, you would have thought she would have been more empathic for a couple having to go through this situation. In an email sent from Mrs. Helms the owner of the Bottle Factory today (3/24/20) she has very boldly said she will NOT REFUND any money paid ($6000) in capital letters. And she will make sure their wedding will be beautiful on April 11th. Clearly, she doesn't care about the well-being of the community because she is willing to continue holding LARGE events in the community potentially spreading the Corona Virus!
