During the day of my cleaning, well within my 2-hour time slot, I received a text message that let me know my technician was enroute. After going over my problem areas with a pre-treatment, my carpets were cleaned to perfection leaving behind a nicely clean and neutral smell. I'm so thrilled with their service and results. I highly recommend Service Knight to anyone who is in need of a thorough carpet cleaning!
