Birdwell then hired a sub -contractor to work on installing copper lines but did faulty work. They Left our house with a leak, damage caused to the ceiling inside and roof line and fascia outside, water damage to our deck. All we want is for things to be prepared. They've had no concern with fixing the issue. They'll call and say they are coming and then won't show up. This happened three times. They then blamed their sub contractor and they also never showing up. This is the 2nd time First American has sent this company to our house and has failed to complete the work or didn't show up. Why FA keeps hiring them and firing them says a lot about what type of contractors they are asking homeowners to trust who comes to do work in their homes. We've given them time and we've asked politely to take time to fix the damage that was caused. We paid them $2,300 and this job is still costing us money after the fact. They won't provide us with a CIO. Poor company, poor customer service, poor work and I will never hire them again. Unfortunately we'll know have to file suit for all our damage because they refuse to work with us. If anyone knows these guys WE JUST WANT IT DONE RIGHT!! We're reasonable people and have been patient. Don't work with BIRDWELL HEATING AND COOLING.

I can't express enough how frustrated I am with this company. My experience goes back to 2021 when…read morethis company crossed my path. They also recommended another scam ring -McKinley Moseley and Assoc. as a law firm and that should say enough by itself. The work was never done after they gave start times and quotes and when I followed up to get answers, I was told that they no longer service my home state. Now keep in mind that there had been several visits to my home at this point, quotes and timelines but now they no longer service my state? I signed a document that if I cancelled their service, I would be on the hook for 20k but there was no mention in that document stating what happens if THEY cancelled. It was just a total waste of energy and effort and I really wish I would have never came across this company. I wouldn't recommend this company to an enemy- they're just that bad

And on top of poor service, the receptionist is has the absolute worst attitude. If I was not in the middle of getting repairs done, I would cancel the job based on her affect alone. After all of these years of using them for my needs, I think this will be my last time. Professionalism matters just as much as the quality of the work!
