Edward quickly put together two options for our home, explaining why he thinks one is of better value, he took tremendous efforts explaining each line item on the insurance contents, and discussing with me every discount we can have. When we asked him to quote the car insurance, he presented four combinations, each with pros and cons, and a top level summary. He also did not mind telling us what he thinks the better option was (not worrying about being hold accountable for his recommendation). He also put his explanation in written details.........helped us understand what the dwelling replacement cost vs. what mortgage company is looking for. He is very knowledgeable and saved us much effort shopping around (I did shop around but he is the best). He told me he does not expect surprises when the final quotes come in and we trust him. Kimmi at Cavanaugh Insurance gave me the best insurance experience I have had so far. Kimmi went through my existing car coverage and gave me a quote that as 33% less than my existing agent with better deductibles and lower premiums. She held my hand and explained what each part of the coverage actually covered and what I would be paying out of pocket if anything happens. She gave me a choice to choose alternative premiums and fine tune my car insurance to my liking. She answered all my questions by email within an hour or so and we got everything squared away in ~2 days (with canceling of the old insurance company and signing the new one). This was all done by email, I never had to step foot in the office. This is one of the best car insurance experiences I've had so far and I strongly suggest giving them a try for a quote!

Hello, folks, when you submit a claim, you learn just exactly what your insurance is really worth. Years of payments but when I sought to collect for storm damage, I learned that insurance adjustors hold the purse strings. I got nickel and dimed and had to submit all sorts of proof that I had paid for the work, as if I might have absconded with the funds. The payment was based on a low-ball estimate to begin with. I think if you have a genuine claim, you should receive a check for the amount of the claim. Period. CERTUSE Adjustment gets a very negative review from me!
