They did not and when I finally got someone to talk to me again I was told it wasn't covered because I was the primary on the loan. I ask for proof in writing. it's mid Oct and still no proof or paperwork. My attorney sent a letter a couple weeks ago and they still haven't answered him. Not all the employees are bad but the one named Precious who was supposed to be in charge of this is uncaring and will not send me any proof of why I was denied. It is highly u professional. I will never use this Credit Union again.
