From the beginning, the staff has always been kind, patient, and helpful. Going through retina issues at a much younger age than most people deal with them brought a lot of anxiety for me, especially surrounding my vision and long-term eye health. Everyone there has always treated those concerns seriously and never made me feel rushed or brushed off. Dr. Agarwal has been especially great throughout the process. He's patient with questions, understanding about the nerves that come with eye problems, and takes the time to explain things clearly. When he performed my vitrectomy, everything went smoothly and the experience was much easier than I expected. Great doctor, great staff, and a very well run facility.

In a world where ER wait times are usually measured in hours, I was seen in under two minutes. The Gold Standard of Care The nursing staff was incredibly attentive and genuinely caring. I never had to wonder what was happening next; they kept me updated constantly and handled everything with such professionalism that it immediately put my mind at ease. Expert Medical Guidance I was treated by Dr. Elwell, who is fantastic. He was direct, highly informative, and possessed a bedside manner that is hard to find these days. He took the time to ensure I understood every aspect of my treatment during the visit and provided crystal-clear instructions for my aftercare before I was discharged. My New Go-To Facility It is rare to find a medical facility that balances lightning-fast efficiency with such a warm, human touch. This is officially the only place I will be going for emergency care from now on. If you want to be treated like a person and not just a chart number, go to Premier.

MAYBE LOSING MONEY WILL GET THEIR ATTENTION!! Y'all I have been going to ZMed Spa for many years without a SINGLE COMPLAINT BUT HERE IS MY REVIEW. Wasn't gonna leave one but after two text messages to leave a review, here it is. Y'all that know me, know I don't want to look 30 but only want what I pay for. Zmed fell really short and the second visit was worse than the first. Very uncomfortable position that I was placed in. REVIEW LEFT ON GOOGLE AND YELP. PLENTY OF OTHER MED SPAS AND AS A REGISTERED NURSE SPEAKING, DO NOT GO HERE!!! WORRY ABOUT MY FACE NOT THE REVIEW!!! I would have totally changed this review had they fixed my face on the second trip. Got a call to come back in to attempt to get this review changed. I was not made to feel like they cared about how I felt or looked but about the review! It was ALL about the DAMNED REVIEW. I was treated and talked to like I didn't know what I was talking about. I have literally been going there for YEARS and NEVER once complained about anything. I did and still do have wrinkles in my forehead (my main complaint). They put a very minimal amount of dysport (prob less than 30 units) to try to get this review better. Still have wrinkles and now after two wasted trips I feel just as bad about my face as BEFORE MY $1000 visit. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Not as happy with my results this time. I have had many visits to Zmed but I don't feel that my end result this time was what I wanted or expected.

Twice in the past four months have I…read moresuffered from severe vision impairment-- "double vision" (diplopia)--from complications due to Botox treatments with Dr. Vijay Bindingnavele. Currently, I am unable to work or drive a car. Only after the second occurrence of "double vision"-- from a 10/15/2020 Botox treatment was my CC ophthalmologist able to figure out that the "misplaced" injections on both occasions were the cause of my loss of vision--both on 7/17/2020 and 10/27/2020. But not before I was given multiple tests in July--brain MRI/ blood studies/ thyrotropin receptor Ab test--all of which were normal. As a board certified orthodontist and health care provider myself, I am not in the habit of writing negative reviews. That said, the severity of my symptoms and the lack of compassion from "Dr. Vijay"--as well as extreme outrage-- necessitated this review...in hopes that future patients should be at least aware of potential danger which may result from going to this doctor. Lastly, I decided a second opinion was in order and had an employee drive me to Houston for an appointment with a "world renown" ophthalmologist, whom was most helpful in diagnosing an allergic reaction I was having from some eye drops my family physician had prescribed a year earlier. After a thorough examination and dilation of my eyes, the Houston ophthalmologist ascribed my condition positively and without a doubt as "Medial Rectus Paresis" secondary to Botox (Botulism), confirming my CC ophthalmologist's diagnosis. No treatment can be done to reverse the effects, but only to wait approximately 3 months for the Botox to dissipate. Janet L. Vaughan, DDS, MS
