After going to another med spa here in Corpus, I had a horrible experience with getting lip filler…read moreso much that it traumatized me. I didn't want to get it again or even think about it. But - upon asking two close friends of mine who they recommended, they referred me to Skylar at Coastal Med Spa. I was SO nervous and Skylar made me feel so comfortable during the entire procedure. She let me take a break and talked me through it (getting lip filler is not for the weak lol). She was so attentive and caring when applying the syringes and made the experience so wonderful. I was checked on by their doctor twice to make sure I was okay. I was their only client when I went in so all attention was on me and my comfortability. When I was paying, I offered to leave a tip which Skylar very politely declined. The other med spa I went to that traumatized me put me on the spot about tipping and making it known how much I would tip if I decided to tip at all. Coastal Med Spa is THE Med Spa to go to in Corpus. It's a super cute little building next to Catfish Charlie's. The staff is so incredibly wonderful and they made my experience so amazing I'm no longer afraid to get lip injections. I'll never go to another Med Spa!

MAYBE LOSING MONEY WILL GET THEIR ATTENTION!! Y'all I have been going to ZMed Spa for many years without a SINGLE COMPLAINT BUT HERE IS MY REVIEW. Wasn't gonna leave one but after two text messages to leave a review, here it is. Y'all that know me, know I don't want to look 30 but only want what I pay for. Zmed fell really short and the second visit was worse than the first. Very uncomfortable position that I was placed in. REVIEW LEFT ON GOOGLE AND YELP. PLENTY OF OTHER MED SPAS AND AS A REGISTERED NURSE SPEAKING, DO NOT GO HERE!!! WORRY ABOUT MY FACE NOT THE REVIEW!!! I would have totally changed this review had they fixed my face on the second trip. Got a call to come back in to attempt to get this review changed. I was not made to feel like they cared about how I felt or looked but about the review! It was ALL about the DAMNED REVIEW. I was treated and talked to like I didn't know what I was talking about. I have literally been going there for YEARS and NEVER once complained about anything. I did and still do have wrinkles in my forehead (my main complaint). They put a very minimal amount of dysport (prob less than 30 units) to try to get this review better. Still have wrinkles and now after two wasted trips I feel just as bad about my face as BEFORE MY $1000 visit. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Not as happy with my results this time. I have had many visits to Zmed but I don't feel that my end result this time was what I wanted or expected.
