She chose to freestyle which I didn't prefer but she acted like she didn't understand so I let her but I had very specific request. The area where my cuticle meets my nails looks a mess and I believe it's the product. It also made them cloudy and dull. There is paint all on the sides of my fingers. No hand lotion massage, the gel is too raised and uneven and not all the way to my cuticle. It tips of my nails weren't painted and there's bubbles in my nails. I called them when I got home and they had me come back, but all she did was put alittle paint on them and top coat. No manager approached me or asked if I was satisfied. She made me bleed on two different fingers and managed to cut my nail so short it only hung on by the skin. Today I went in for a pedicure with my mom to gift her a pedicure for Christmas. A few minutes…read moreafter arriving, a man came in and said that they would be shutting the water off on 40 hwy in the next 30 mins because of a water main leak. We were going to leave because they hadn't started our pedicures but they insisted that we would be fine because they still had 30 mins before they shut it off. We both sat down at the same time to get our pedis but a lady worked on my mom's feet for at least 10 mins before a man came & started on mine. I chose the same $45 pedi for both of us, in which they both included a "longer massage". I saw my mom receiving the service but I did not get a massage at all. Every time one of the packets was put on my legs it was quickly rubbed in and that was it. Also, my toe nails are very short and always have been and I've never had an issue with getting a nice pedicure. He told me that he wouldn't be cutting my toe nails because they were already short, but he also did not shape them and they looked horrible. Then, he said to me "you need to grow your toe nails out for next time"...like? Despite starting my pedi after my mom's, ours both ended at the same time. At the end of the service I expressed to him that I had not received any foot massage at all, and he pointed to the top of my ankle to under my knee and said that was the "foot massage". I told him that's not a foot massage and he also did not massage my legs he just rubbed the lotion in. He insisted that that was not true, so I just said okay because I'm not going back and forth with anyone. He gave us some tired little bottles of lotion or something to compensate for the nonsense I guess. Not to mention, there were more ppl coming in and they didn't say anything to them about the water being shut off. It was truly a waste of my money and time & we will not be back.
