For starters, for those wondering what the rate is for a day pass (those that just want to hit the…read moregym for a weekend rather than paying a monthly membership fee) they are as follows:
1-day Pass: 500kc (Koruna) (a little over 20.00 USD)
Week Pass: 1500kc (about 70.00 USD)
With that being said, the amenities and equipment in the gym are rather substantial. I've been to many different gyms across the world, and this gym has everything you'll need to get your pump in.
The gym itself is consist mainly of 2 floors, however, has a sub-levels between the floors. There is a cardio floor (with about a dozen various treadmills and cardio machines); on that same floor there is an open room for exercises. The main floor (when you enter) also has about 5-6 cardio machines, but has a lot of your machines for back exercises (lat pull downs, low row, etc.) with several machines for chest as well. The bottom floor has all the free weights. The benches are not ideal, but are enough to give your gym rat what they need to do their workout.
There is a locker room each for males, and females (the gym will give you a key and lock to temporarily hold your belongings).
Overall, great gym. I would definitely come here again, anytime I'm in Prague. BTW, the gym is easy to miss - it is along the main Wenceslas Square; the entrance feels like you're walking into a private hotel/apartment, and you have to walk downstairs to get to the front counter of the gym.
