They seem legit but they promise it will ship in just a couple of days. I paid for my order on the 24th called on the 31st still had not printed nor shipped. Then I called them to ask where my fobs are and the person on the phone said well we moved so maybe they will get done tomorrow. I should have been told they were moving and we can't do them as fast as we promise. So just be careful if you need things fast! Not a good way of doing business. read more

We previously ordered 2 orders of 100,000 postcards for our company through our rep Bill. the first order was a total mess. They were sequential numbered cards and the order was a complete mess. It took days to properly sort them into order. The second order was much better. Now our third order was placed on 6-27-18 for 200,000 pieces with a 10,000 deposit. We had made multiple payments on previous orders with no problem as long as they were paid prior to shipping. We were told multiple times they were in production. On the day they were to ship, we called and found out that they were never put into production. We called the VP named John and he did not care an ounce. I then called the owner, and he could care less. Guess we will just have to sue now. Worst service ever, horrible company attitude at the top towards customer service. We would have been spending over 300,000 a year with them. Their loss. Avoid at all costs. read more

Zero Stars if that is possible. Do not do business with Factorymart. I had them print a special order of key cards for our hotel and asked them to put an arrow showing the direction that card goes into the lock. They printed the arrow in the wrong direction so the keys have to be slipped into the lock upside down to work. When I asked for a refund or a reprint, they refused to answer my emails or phone calls for three months. When I finally demanded to speak with the rep who took my order, the secretary came back and told me that it was my fault, as they don't know how our systems work. I explained that is the reason that I told them to put the arrow in the direction that can be programmed (no matter what card they all program from one direction). Probably should have read the reviews. Used K12Print for keytags. Quality of the tag is acceptable; however the print was very light and hardly readable. Emailed the company 3 times in an effort to find a solution/re-print (based on their 100% satisfaction gurantee). No response. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! I'm not usually motivated enough to post unpleasant interactions with businesses, but I couldn't let this slide. Placed an order for 250 hotel key cards on June 3, 2013 for a wedding on June 29. Not a large order by any means. Their "suggested" shipping date on the order was June 17th. I called prior to placing the order to make sure I would receive them in time for the wedding. We went through the order with the manager Mike, including the fact that the cards needed LoCo strips, and I was told it wouldn't be a problem. June 18th - still no shipment. I called, talked to Mike who told me the order would ship in the next few days, no other details. I called daily for the next EIGHT days, and each time I was yanked around, being told that the order would ship in a day or two. I was never given an exact reason for the delay other than the order needed LoCo strips on the cards, which from what I understand is common (the keycards were for Marriott, not some random hotel!). I was also never told exactly where in the production process my keycards were. Mike actually had the nerve to tell ME to be patient, despite the order not being shipped a week after the "suggested date" and the wedding fast approaching. Another choice statement I got from them was "I can't keep bothering my production guys, otherwise nothing will ever get done." Finally on June 27th I got fed up and threatened to call BBB if I didn't have my cards by the next day. The manager said to me "I don't need to hear that. Don't be that guy." We ended up canceling the order, which we should have done long before if it wasn't for the fact that my fiance was really looking forward to getting them. BE ADVISED that the "suggested shipping date" is nowhere close to accurate, if you ever get the cards in the first place! They clearly have no regard for customer satisfaction, and in all honesty act like they are doing you a favor. read more

I ordered cards on 2/28/12. The standard turn-around time was 5-10 days. I called on 3/26 when I still had not received my plastic business cards. I was promised that they would go out on the same day. I called again on 4/5. The cards had still not shipped and was again promised that they would go out with overnight shipping on that day. Still nothing. I have spoken with two different gentlemen on the phone and have heard excuses ranging from "this is our busy season," to "there was a problem with the cutting machine for the cards." I am more than unhappy with the lies I have been told on the phone and the fact that my client still does not have the business cards that were ordered six weeks ago. read more

Yelp should consider negative stars for people in this category. This company took my order, approved the art and happily took my money. Three weeks later, i still have no printed product on my door step. I called them and the first guy tells me it was sent. I ended up talking to someone else after I called back again and this person tells me the owner didn't like what I wanted printed so he stop production three weeks ago. No notice, phone call or email. Worst of all they weren't going to give me the money back until I demanded it. Then it took four days to get my money back. Bad business. read more

**ZERO STAR** Overnight, same day shipping is a joke. I ordered 250 gift cards on Monday, Nov 27 and didn't receive my proof until Tuesday. I then signed off on the proof and then they had to code in the tracking, which took another day but promised they would be shipped that night. On Thursday, I asked about the shipment and they said they were on there way but the coding was curated on their end so they had to fix them. Come Friday, they finally reached their destination but only 200 delivered. When I called to ask about the other 50 they said "they had blemishes on them so they didn't want to send them out." NO one made me aware and when asked if they could ship that date they said they couldn't until Monday. It is now Wednesday, Dec 6 and they have still not shipped out. This company is a serious joke! Don't buy anything from them because all they do is give you excuse after excuse. If I wanted a 2-3 week lead time I would have just ordered from our local printer. read more
