The staff are friendly and helpful which is always good, and the store is always clean and tidy and well organised, which makes it much easier to find what you are looking for. The returns policy isnt great so be careful with that. Also, the service can be poor when busy and the prices can be quite expensive compared to other places such as on the internet, so dont expect it to be the cheapest place to go to, because it isnt. We went there to spend wedding vouchers and were pleased to find it had a big range of products ranging from electrical goods to clothes and jewellery. It wasn't too crowded and the staff were really helpful in sorting out transferring our individual wedding giftcards on to one card. We will definitely go back to this Debenhams as it was so easy to be able to shop and then nip back to the car to drop the goods off before continuing shopping elsewhere.

Pros: fresh food market hall downstairs, proper cafe upstairs, click and collect, M&S quality products, mens, womens, and children's clothing, and M&S has started their own rewards Sparks card. Located in the mall, so there's a parking garage from the elevators. Cons: quite small, very small feeling in fact, old flooring and lighting, needs a new coat of paint, cafe looks really outdated, poorly laid out, and their clothing selection mostly caters here for the elderly. And the toilets are super old and half of the time are never functioning. I heard that most of Coventry City Center will be knocked down and rebuilt, and I think if this place wants to stand a chance against the new high class shops arriving within the next few years, then corporate better offer a full face lift, expansion, and start catering towards the University Students. All in all, I still shop here weekly and will continue to do so, but I see so much more potential at this M&S!

It is just ladies clothes and attracts older people generally. The ranges are usually more conservative and less trendy. This store has changing room which is good so you can try on the items before you choose to actually buy them.

One , which is the lower for men, and the ground/first floor is fro women. When you walk in you are immediately bombarded with clothes. But they give you little room to actually walk round. If you see something you want to have a closer look at you have to wieve in and out of the racking and people. And if there is someone or a buggy in the shop its very difficult. Too many clothes in such a small space means there is no room to walk around freely. Too many people in the store and its gridlock. The upper floor is womens shoes and things. The staff i dont think are particularly helpful in here. They will go and find things or check stocks etc. But i cant help but feeling they would rather be somewhere else.This could just be becasue they have been talking to loads of customers all day about the same things. But thats no excuse. Not a bad topshop , there are better stores though.

Topshop/topman is a great shop selling men/womens clothing in great upcoming styles and designs…read more Topshop the womens part, has two floors, first has clothes on it and the second has shoes and other items. The topman side of it which ios on the lower floor is very small and corwded with clothe racks taking up a majority of the space. Leaving very little room to manouvere. Bakc upstairs in topshop the same can be said. Little room due to the amount of clothes they have squeezed into the space. Really difficult to move around esepcially if anyone goes in with a buggy. They do however make up for some of this with the friendliness of the staff and the quality of what they sell. The prices i have found recenyl have increased greatly and in some ways it feels you are paying more than you should, whether this is due to the economy or because of how big the company is i dont know, but its something to be aware of. A good shop with some great striking designs, let down by poor arranegment and steep prices.
