Visited again this last weekend on a one night stay. They had Cinch Jesse jeans; something I haven't even seen in a big box western store like Cavender's with dozens of locations across Texas. SO, I tried them on. They passed the all important GF's a** check. Didn't need them right away; but at least I know she's gonna like them. Buddy from the first visit also got a new cowboy hat ahead of of our visit to Downtown Cowtown. Top notch yall! Thanks for the hospitality.

They would not take the return they said I had to mail it or they could give me a store credit but they could not return my money.. I was within the 7 day window of returns. They just do not want to give your money back. What a scam! BUYER BEWARE! The return policy online is only 7 days and 14 days for store credit. It saus nothing about having to only mail it. They have lost a customer. I will never buy from them again.

I went in for something different but mentioned my automatic pool vac quit working. Jason said they could take a look at it for me. I brought it in and Matt got it up & working like brand new; right there in-store! Jason has been very helpful getting my water cleared back up. It's been a process. He gave me recommendations and helped me figure out the best course of action. He even wrote everything down for me so I wouldn't forget the order of the steps to take. The store is big and stocked with everything from chemicals to pool toys. Way to go guys!
