It's the perfect mix of glam and masculine. They started me off with a tour and then I spent a bit of time in their relaxation lounge. The massage and body scrub were great! And I got the chance to try their infrared sauna. That was a first for me. I also had lunch before my facial. They also kindly offered wine or mimosas while I paused for lunch. To which of course I had to have a mimosa Lastly, the facial was my absolute favorite part! Claire did such a wonderful job and had me so relaxed, I dozed off.

The spa itself has a darker/moodier aesthetic than most other spas. The staff was kind and very helpful. I paid $80 for a 30 minute massage which is a little on the pricier side, but I was treated to refreshments prior to my massage and was encouraged to take my time and relax from the moment I stepped into the spa. Highly recommend!

Everyone from the clerks up front, the PCTs, the RNs, and NPs have been EXCEPTIONAL. Emily especially has made my dermatology journey a great one. She is super sweet, knowledgeable, and always replies (during business hours) to the random emails I send at 2am (which is truly a blessing because I work night shift and I'm currently working out of town). If she doesn't immediately know the answer to a question I've asked, she finds out and let's me know something ASAP. Seriously, this girl deserves a raise. I don't know what you pay her, but it can't possibly be enough. She is an angel. Jamie the NP is also amazing. She is quick and to the point, but also manages to be very thorough and listen to her patients' concerns.

When I arrived there were about 4 - 5 people ahead of me in line. They were answering questions about memberships and things like that, so it took a couple minutes for them to get to me. The location (as well as the other one I've gone to) is very clean and the rooms are plenty spacious enough when you get inside them. Communication is excellent and they put clean room indicators inside the room to let you know they have taken care of it. Equipment is set up and all you have to do is hit the Start/Stop button to get going. Nice - non rushed environment. Highly recommend Palm Beach Tan.

It was okay but not great. The real problem is that they do not have a wheelchair ramp in the back of the building which is the only way they will let a patient exit. When I asked to let her out the front exit (with the ramp) they said No, they do this all the time. That is a major problem for me. Her chair is a transport chair not her big electric wheelchair that she has at home. The nurse pulled her down the three/four inch curb and bent the back frame. I told her this exit was really bad and her only concern was that I not put her face in any pictures I took of the curb. I will NOT be taking my mother back there.
