When I went in the room, Ashton sat down with her arms crossed and literally said we aren't doing anything. I was so confused because I had been speaking with the manager. Ashton was so extremely rude to me and it was silent in there because this is something they had obvious intentions with. I was so upset and telling the girls up front that I'd be calling back. Ashton for some reason aggressively walks fast towards me like she was going to put her hands on me. I turned around to confront her and told her to back off. What a dumb decision..finding out later from another client that she was fired for doing the same thing to a client at a different place. Just hiding behind all those good reviews. Remember those reviews reflect your work but not who you are as a person. I also had nose filler done only to find out later they are supposed to use an ultrasound to make sure you don't go blind. They did NOT use an ultrasound and he injected me like 4 times and said done. I didn't know what the routine was so you trust these random people. Never again. I've already filed a formal complaint and will continue up the chain because they refuse to respond from their lack of care. I sat in my car for an hour trying to calm down because I couldn't believe what happened. The manager came out and said " I'm sure we can work something out" lol absolutely not. Give me my money back!!

This place is a steal all they care about is our money they don't care about how we feel. Please please do your own research!!!!!! Keep in mind we are talking about your face and your money ‍. They are very unprofessional and the service is horrible . There are other places you can go to. We had 3 sections of microneedling that cost 750 and that's because there was some discount because is actually 300$ each section. I had this other section I had to cancel because they didn't care what I was telling them how I was feeling and there was also no results at all!! Also they took 2 weeks to refund me the section I canceled because they didn't have the money or at least that's what they told me. Very RUDE they didn't help me . I was very uncomfortable of how they treated me. What a sad place!! Is also dirty be careful

When I…read morecollected it, I spoke with Natalie (sweetest woman ever?), and she went over everything that Body RX has to offer. Mind you, a lot of it isn't applicable to me. Botox, vein removal, laser hair removal, lipo injection, the whole 9 yards. So I was looking at the pricing guide, and I noticed that they do massage therapy. I also noticed that they had Gentlemen's Facials. That sounds good. Sign me up. Well, I'm a believer. The therapist I had was named Tracy. She was SUPER sweet, and very good. She exfoliated, used lactic acid, used aloe, steam to help open the pores, hot towels... And gave a face, neck, shoulder, arm, and hand massage. All of this lasted a good 45 minutes or so. Pretty sure I fell asleep a good 6x. Afterwards, when I got home, I can see that she was able to clear my face and nose. And my complexion looks great. I tell you - I'm sold. I'll definitely be back.

We marked our (different!) preferences on the form and both had zero, and I mean zero, pressure during our massages, despite him even asking (and he only likes moderate pressure!). Since it was going to be my first time here, I was more concerned about getting a time and day that worked for me than getting a specific massage therapist. So I took whoever was available, which ended up being Brianna. I filled out my intake documents well ahead of time, and she definitely looked at them! In our pre-massage chat, she specifically asked about the things I put in there, checked in about if there was anything new or different or important to know before we started. And she asked about my preferred pressure. Very thorough and it is nice to know they pay attention and listen. I will say this was less of a relaxation massage and more of a problem-fixing massage. So I was a bit sore afterwards from the pressure and the release of knots...but I felt so much better after! I specifically asked that my face and scalp not be included and she was happy to work around that. She gave special attention to the two areas I indicated were problems for me and really made a difference! I wish that I had upped it to a 90 minute massage! It was an absolutely spectacular experience and I can't wait until I can redeem my second massage gift card!
