The hairstylists were rude and told me I was too picky. I needed a great style for my wedding day, I knew what I wanted and we were having 2 wedding ceremonies and Indian one and an American one. I needed 2 styles for 2 days. Every other hair stylist quoted riciulous prices! I was just turned off by that. Debra's prices are very reasonable. She is down to earth, she is easy to work with, she changed anything I wasn't happy with and took her time with me. Getting married in Florida while living in New York City, I was apprehensive about organising from such distance. Janet made sure that everything was a breeze! From the start, Janet eased all my concerns. She took the time to work with my schedule in regards to doing a trial run the month before my wedding and planning out my wedding day timeline. I was worried that things wouldn't work out as I had planned to do a photoshoot in Epcot the morning of my wedding, but once again Janet put all my worries at rest. Janet is an expert at early morning shoots with Disney! Janet and I spoke via email/phone so that the day of the trial run I'd be prepared for makeup/hair ideas. During the trial run, Janet took the time to make sure that I loved my look, this went a long way to ease my fears- especially because I hardly ever wear make-up day to day. After, Janet took photos of every angle and what makeup was used so that the day of we'd be able to breeze through. Day of the wedding, Janet came to our hotel at the Riviera at 4am to get started so that I'd be ready to go by 7 for the photo shoot. Janet did my makeup wonderfully while we chatted. Janet was able to also help with my hair piece and even offered to help me with my dress if needed. I highly vouch and recommend Janet for her professionalism, customer service and the ability to put my mind at ease with the the whole wedding process at Disney. Mind you, I am not a girly-girl so I knew that I needed to have someone do that for me. So after some review of the potential vendors, I contacted Janet and her friendly nature calmed all fears I had about the big day and how I would look. I really didn't have the time for a trial run so based on my gut feeling about Janet, I didn't force it into the schedule, and I don't regret that decision at all. She arrived as expected and quickly got to work. It was supposed to be hair and make-up for me, hair for sister and make-up for my niece. But things changed when Emma (the 6 year niece) commented how excited she was, and how she couldn't wait to get her hair done like her aunt and mom. Janet heard her ... asked Kelly if it was ok and then started to work on Emma's hair. When asked about her schedule and if this would make her late to her next appointment, she replied "that was ok, I need to do her hair." She made Emma feel like a princess. And my hair/make-up was just what I wanted. She made us all feel like queens and princesses. Two mornings later I got to go through the process again, when we got up even early for our wedding portraits (in the Magic Kingdom, in front, in and behind the castle). And when I am on the prowl for new and fun colors, I like to visit the store instead of trying my luck online. Sure, this is really only a kiosk and therefore a bit smaller, but you can get attentive service in a timely manner and they seem pretty well-stocked. Ive only had to wait for an item once and when it came in I received a courtesy call letting me know.
