But this one? It honestly beats them all. This spa sets the standard, no question. The moment we walked in, it just felt right. And then I met Rose... yeah, she's my favorite. She was literally going out of her way bringing me samples, throwing in discounts, handing me coupons!!! just pure good energy. I kept telling her not to waste anything on me, like seriously don't give me samples... and she just kept insisting. INSISTING You can't fake that kind of care. Our appointment was with Annabelle, and she was an absolute doll. Super knowledgeable, but what stood out was how she explained everything while she was doing it. Step by step, she made sure we actually understood what was happening and why. We did the Pico laser treatment! I had a bunch of dark spots, and one of them literally popped louder than the others. She broke it down right there, explaining how darker pigment needs deeper penetration. That kind of detail? You don't get that everywhere. Long story short, this is the place. Whether it's Botox with Lindsay, facials with Liana D, or any other treatment--they've got it dialed in. The esthetician was also very kind. The bad: the actual results, especially for the pricing. I paid $150 for the new customer Hydrafacial special and $75 for dermaplaning, and after tip spent over $265 total for about a one hour appointment. I was also told the regular pricing is $200 for the Hydrafacial and $125 for dermaplaning, which is extremely high for what I received. Maybe my expectations were different because I've had microdermabrasion before and my skin felt dramatically different afterward, super hydrated, smooth, glowy, and it stayed that way for weeks. This experience was completely different. The appointment itself was rushed, the dermaplaning was very quick, and afterward my skin felt dry and looked pretty much the same as before. I also still had noticeable peach fuzz left on parts of my chin. I reached out to the spa the same day because my skin felt unusually dry and tight after the treatment. I even sent pictures of my skin clearly showing how dehydrated and flakey it was. They called me back and explained that dermaplaning can cause dryness from exfoliation and said maybe I would have been better off doing just the Hydrafacial without dermaplaning. What's annoying about this is that the combination of both treatments was actually recommended to me by the spa beforehand based on my skin type. They shifted the blame onto me for choosing a treatment combo that they themselves suggested. I also asked if my skin would improve over the next few days and didn't really get a direct answer at first. Afterward I reached out to another practice and spoke with a very experienced esthetician with decades in the industry, and she told me my skin ideally should not feel this dehydrated immediately after a Hydrafacial. I already ended up booking with her instead. I'm not trying to be harsh because everyone was genuinely nice, but for high end salon pricing I expected a much more customized and impressive experience/results. Instead, I left feeling like my money and time were wasted, and I definitely won't be returning.
