When I tried to make an appointment with Breanna for another touch up she told me it would cost me $250. I asked her how could she charge me more, if the original job I paid for was not properly done. She would not budge with me. I am so upset. My eyebrows are not what I paid for. I played down and she really didn't say much. It would have been nice if she would have introduced herself bc I had never met her before. She starts getting her equipment ready......I played there for awhile before she starts putting the tape on my lashes At this time I noticed that the customer next to me arrived and was apologizing to her stylist for being late. D put too much tape on my eyes and couldn't remove it. After about ten minutes I asked what was going on! She admits that she can't get the tape off my lids. I asked her to get another stylist to help. Thankfully the other stylist whose client was late came over to help! She was able to get the tape off. I asked D how much longer and she said another 10 minutes. By the way the lady who was late is already gone! D prodded around and finally said she was finished. She handed me the mirror to look at her work. You couldn't tell that I had a lash fill. My lashes looked like someone ran an egg beater through them. D said that I could come back for some kind of complementary fill if I wanted too. All I wanted to do was get the heck out of there. You need to train your stylists NOT let them wreck a long time customers lashes. LL even charged e for the botched fill. Customers beware of the untrained stylists who work there. I won't see anyone else…read more I've been seeing Summer for lashes, sugaring, and facials since February and I just started getting my eyebrows waxed and tinted by her too. She always does amazing work and it also just an all around great human. I look forward to talking to her throughout my appointments. Lashes: I was a newbie when I started getting lashes and honestly wanted something low maintenance so I could just "wake up and go" in the mornings without having to fuss with mascara. She walked me through the process and talked lengths with me prior to getting started. I felt super comfortable and like she knew what she was doing. She took her time and they look incredible every time! I've never had a fill that I didn't leave ultra happy with. Brows: I used and abused my brows (hello 90s thin line brows, I see you) and so it's been a struggle to get them to look how I want without several minutes and much patience in the morning drawing them in. Well, I'm all about the low maintenance and so Summer perfectly shapes and then tints my brows and I couldn't be happier, despite my previous disgust for my left eyebrow. After each appointment she shows me where still needs growth and where I absolutely cannot between appointment pluck if I want to have my left brow look like my beloved right brow. She's a perfectionist and I love that! Sugaring: What can I say. It's always awkward to introduce a new waxer/sugarer to the nether regions, but she's so professional and quick! She talks to you like it's NBD and it really isn't. It's my first experience with sugaring and I will never go back to wax for a Brazilian ever, ever again. Facials: I treat myself to a facial every few weeks and Summer recommended the perfect one for my skin and after each session, my skin is glowing and so incredibly clean.
