Paid to reserve a spot for $15, which was fine. At the end of the appointment we're told because she had a lot of hair it would be the teen pricing at $65, double the cost. I don't mind paying a little more for having thick hair, but double??? No where on their website states that they would possibly double the cost at will. This is why I stopped going there for appointments personally, because they would nickel and dime you for every little thing. Thought I'd give them a try with my kids, but needless to say we won't be returning. I do not recommend going there unless you like to be surprised with being up charged. On top of that, expect to pay a 3% charge for using a credit card.

She was very responsive to my messages and even had me send pics of my brows so she can see what she would be working with. The appointment didn't last as long, or if it did I didn't notice as I was so comfortable and relaxed. Thy is the sweetest. She gave clear instructions on what to do or can't do for the next few weeks. She provided materials as well. She checked up on the status & quality of my brows. I came back for the touch up.
