This salon has won loads of awards and well deserved. The owners are hard working and their staff are absolutely lovely. The clinic has been purpose built so the rooms are designed for comfort. I have been a regular client here for hair cuts and colour and have had a number of different stylists through the years. I think they all did a great job and I've come away happy. Mr & Mrs Jones cut, colour, style and basically make your hair look fabulous, no matter what age you are or if you are female or male. As per most hairdressers nowadays they offer you a cup of tea or coffee upon your entrance, and also have a great selection of magazines for your interests. I know they have a quite a wide range of services but I can only attest to the hair ones (cuts and colours) and they have always been great, and since their staff is loyal and sticks around I expect nothing less each visit. Also my mother gets her eyelashes tinted and eyebrows threaded here and she said both experiences are painless and quick procedures, with great results.

I'll only ever get my brows done at Mona's, because no one does them as good as she does. Threading the traditional way, it never hurts and it's really quick. She probably does it in her sleep. When I first started to going to Mona's she had a small shop at the front of her house and charged four bucks to threat your eyebrows, but she's gotten so popular there's usually a wait, she's employed more staff members, there's a full on hair salon, and low and behold she increased her prices up to five dollars, shock horror. I'm not sure how the prices go for the hair salon as I've never got my hair done there, but I doubt it would be very expensive. She also does eye lash extensions for like forty bucks or something. It's a really relaxed place, everyone seems to know everyone there.

The exact product I was looking for was Mythic Oil, the 125ml bottle of nourishing all for all hair types and thank goodness it was here and in stock. The very friendly Trish, who had a really cute haircut, took care of my purchase. Actually I was so impressed with this very hip salon and particularly the cool stylists, Trish with her neat haircut and the other one with the brilliant pink hair do, that I am seriously considering booking my next haircut here. I would say they could put me right with a fresh new look that would have the heads turning. They probably have eight stations in the salon, along with a couple of late-nights and of course Saturdays so I'm sure they could fit me in. Meantime the Mythic Oil will do the trick.
