Most of the time, they simply want to cut your hair with the least amount of effort and get you out of the chair, as quickly as possible. You guys, it was awful and she was so upset since we had the makeup booked for months. We searched (and searched and searched) for a new beauty team, and Flip Salon came to the RESCUE! Aubrey had just gotten over the end stages of mono(!) and yet was so committed to making any bride's day that she came even though for us, like a HERO, despite the fact that she was extremely fatigued.
