Jennifer who owns this spa is super kind, caring and will go out of her way if you have questions…read moreor concerns. I've been going to her for braizilians for years because of the reasonable cost and her thoroughness. I can't recommend her enough. I discovered her from Groupon for laser hair removal and glad I did. I don't like laser as my skin is super sensitive, but with a few more sessions left I didn't want it to go to waste. During the sessions, she is patient and will adjust the intensity accordingly, always checking to make sure the skin is okay even if I'm feeling it more personally. While we were chatting, she mentioned the Brazilian promo and ever since then, I haven't gone anywhere else. Her spa is small and clean. Going to a clean spa is so important to me. A cheap Brazilian is great, but not if I can contract something from someone else. Her weekday promos are quite reasonable and worth the feew extra dollars. I've only gone by appointment and highly recommend making an appointment if you can so you don't get turned away if she's with a client.

Christine is the owner and the esthetician doing the treatments. She's wonderful. I found out she's been doing this for over 13 years. It shows in her service, and you can tell she knows what she's doing. I love how she walks you through what she's doing so there aren't any surprises. Her facial treatments are very relaxing as she has a soft touch and isn't rushed. She's very thorough in making sure all the product is cleaned off your face and neck. Such a lovely experience here. The prices are very reasonable as well. Definitely will be coming back for other treatments!

The Bad - They did not use a headband to hold your hair back....there was a face laser session I had where the laser hit my hair and burned my face. After I complained to Arvin, they then began using the headband on all clients. Poor practice, you should exercise safety precautions beforehand. I was given a free session but I went on vacation to Spain with a huge burn mark on my face that blistered in the heat.....not cool! - The chatter during sessions was a bit too much to handle at times, I like a calm, relaxing environment when having services like laser done to my intimate areas. I am also an introverted person so I found this draining....after my packages completed I did not go back. - Packages are cheap but you do get what you pay for....I had to cancel an appointment (due to emergency) and had to pay a penalty, but when I showed up for an appointment and no one was there (because of a family emergency Arvin and Ameesha had - totally understandable - I wasn't compensated and had to reschedule my appointment). I get this is a money making business but lets be fair and have room for give and take.
