In response to the owner- yes you do have bad customer service. I was completely ignored after…read moremultiple attempts to contact ANYBODY. I was responded to one time and then ignored afterwards. The fabric was damaged, fraying in the middle of the roll at some places. It's unfortunate however This is a place to leave a review of your experience and that's exactly what I did- I wouldn't be bothered if there was nothing to say. It was genuinely a dissapointing experience. The fabric wasn't a small difference in shade- it was completely different undertones! Obviously a small difference is expected- but it was to the point where it was unrecognizable. I have dealt with plenty of online fabric dealers and never had this happen before. It's unfortunate your response but i believe it only shows what I was mentioning previously abt customer service as it speaks for itself. The best of luck to you sir.
