I told the employee about the allergy, said it was mild and that everything would be good if they just used a washed ice cream scoop. She checked with someone else (a manager?) who said that because they have peanut butter ice cream they couldn't serve our son. I tried to tell her what I told the other person but got continuously interrupted. She finally said 'we WON't serve him!'. He was very upset, and they easily could have made the situation work. It has a great atmosphere and the small shop makes it great for the overall theme of a small Italian gelato shop. The selection is larger than one might think as they have over 8 flavones and they offer free puppy cones for dogs. Beppis gelato shop is a wonderful spot especially on a hot summer day, great for just enjoying life.

It takes between 5-10 minutes just to get your product, not sure if it's the employees that are slow or the machines. But it's ok! Worth the wait.
