Here was my experience: COST: 984.00 WORK COMPLETED: -vacuumed some carpets -mopped floors -cleaned bathrooms -wiped countertops WORK NOT COMPLETED: -refrigerator -dishwasher -cabinets -baseboards -windows -missed two carpets CUSTOMER SERVICE: -misquoted -didn't receive a call back to discuss unfinished work until the next day -yelled at and hung up on???? - told the work that was not completed were items that are "add-ons" (add-ons to 984.00?) -lied to about what work was done (said they wiped down window that was not) I am struggling with what they define as a "move out/deep clean" if what I received was nothing different than a standard cleaning at best... We were moving out so I intentionally cleaned prior to their arrival to make sure they could do "final-touch" work for our new renters, as the house was already empty and pre-cleaned before they started. When I asked the question, they responded that "their employees stay busy during their time at our property and that they care..." That's great and all but "busy work" doesn't mean that the consumer will get the quality of work they are paying for as promised by their service level agreement. I now have to hire another company to come out and "finish the job." I might as well have driven down the 15 freeway and tossed a thousand-one dollar bills out the window. I hope this company changes its business model to be more customer and performance-focused. Take this as a warning, ask the hard questions before you entertain their work offerings. If you read the other bad reviews on this company, they all have the same challenges with their experience...PERFORMANCE.

$500 for a "deep clean" for my 1,600 sq ft farmhouse that was already relatively clean, but dusty…read moredue to the farm and a dog. Two young gals here for three hours. Blinds, baseboards, the whole shebang in three hours - a deep clean allegedly. I noticed a couple of things, asked if they cleaned. The answer was yes, which I clearly knew wasn't the case. I was in the middle of conference calls and didn't have time to police their work until I took a quick lunch break and was so irritated I decided to get out my Swiffer and Clorox wipes. You can imagine how unhappy I was. Floor wasn't done. Countertops still dirty. Baseboards not done. Glass not done. Stove not wiped. Went to the living room and it started all over again. Dirty blinds.The photos speak for themselves. I reached out with photos within an hour of the gals leaving to express how disappointed and unacceptable this is, got a text response an hour+ later asking if they could call tomorrow to talk about the situation and schedule a time in the future for it to be fixed. Wow. Excellent customer service. I hired them for help because I'm busy and they had great reviews, waited three weeks for an appointment and ended up having to clean my house on my own anyway and also lost $500 in the process. $83.33/hr per person for this? Perhaps I need to start a cleaning business. Hate to provide this feedback to a small business but you can't be operating this way, though it seems like there's really no rush to correct any issues. Canceling all future maintenance visits I'd signed up for as well. Hard pass for me.
