I had a bad experience with this, I felt as if the more money I spent as a customer only then were my opinions considered. Nope I would not recommend this company to any of my friends for their wedding day. If I had it all over again it would be me organizing my day for the benefit of me ;)

Our feet have still barely touched the ground since the celebrations on our incredible day that Sharon was so pivotal in creating. It's hard to put into words just how grateful we are for everything that Sharon and the team around her did for us. As someone who has secretly dreamed about their wedding day since childhood, the styling and florals far surpassed anything I could ever have imagined and both Rory and I keep saying to people it surpassed even our wildest dreams. Sharon's attention to detail and consummate professionalism ensured that the day ran like clockwork, our guests were looked after and our suppliers were happy! Through her stellar organisation Rory and I were able to savour every single second of our day and enjoy it from start to finish with Sharon always being 10 steps ahead of us...ensuring that we had all that we could possibly need....this lady is a legend!! I can't begin to describe my joy at walking into the hallway in Gloster and into our dinning room and being moved to tears by the florals and the beauty that Sharon and Frogprince team created....magic had happened, memories that we will replay for the rest of our lives had been made! Rory and I keep saying that we would give anything to do it all over again....if that was to become a reality, Sharon would again be there every step of the way with us as she really is phenomenal at what she does! If you want the best in industry don't hesitate to have this special lady and amazing company on board for your special day. Thank you to the moon, stars and back again Rachael and Rory

Wedding Date: 2017 Venue: Anglers Rest and Farmleigh…read moreVendor: Ebony & Pearl Photography We met Stuart and Emma at a wedding show earlier in the year. Their amazing work spoke for itself. Equally important was their personalities; we needed photographers we could communicate well with. We also wanted the benefit of two photographers, to account for moments when we and our respective parties weren't all in the same space. A few weeks later, we asked Stuart and Emma to capture our big day. Stuart met with us onsite a couple days before the wedding to ensure we had a solid game plan, and a Plan B if the weather called for it. On the day itself, he and Emma perfectly met our hopes and expectations. They were a mix of professional and friendly. They allowed us some creative input, but likewise saved us from ourselves when pushback was needed (It's easy to get carried away with these things). They were endlessly attentive, patient and flexible. The photos themselves are amazing. Even our friends who fancy themselves as photographers were admittedly left in awe when we showed them. One thing we loved was their focus on timing. It was a pseudo-cloudy day. So we had moments where Stuart had us pause for a few seconds and wait for a little cloud cover in order to grab that perfect shot. Right people, right quality, right price. Thank you Stuart and Emma; we couldn't recommend you highly enough.

From the moment I arrived I felt very comfortabe and we got to the shoot straight away. They clearly have been doing this a long time as they really know what they're doing - one directs the shoot while the other takes the pictures, a great team! The studio itself has adequite space and facilities and is great for both kids and adults (there is an abundance of toys and props!). It was warm and comfortable and fun. Although I bought a voucher to go there, and a further one for my brother and his little family, I would be quite happy to be paying full price for the shoot and pictures. A really great experience all round!

Unfortunately I cannot review my experience with this company as, due to their appalling customer…read moreservice my groupon voucher was not honoured. What I will say is, throughout my time using groupon vouchers, or vouchers from any other company, I have never experienced such a level of disdain and disinterest. Despite the fact that they had already had to extend the expiring date as they had been unable to accommodate the number of vouchers sold, and despite admitting they had supplied incorrect details to groupon for customers to reach them at, the declined to accept any responsibility. Instead they decided that the blame lay with my friend (they recipient of this gift) for not guessing the details were incorrect and searching elsewhere. I was also highly disappointed that despite the fact they were re-running the deal, they showed no interest in simply carrying the voucher over. Clearly this company was in it for a quick buck, and if you have an easy experience, I'm glad, however should any issues arrive, don't expect a very satisfying level of care or respect. I will be very careful before purchasing another voucher of this nature again.

As she walked up the stairs the air was pleasantly scented and filled with music from Frozen. As she entered the parlour itself she was greeted by three staff who treated her throughout the experience like she was the only girl who ever had a birthday. Star of the show. Yet - they made sure every child got all the treats and services Jaime got in due course. She and her pals were treated to an extensive wardrobe of princess outfits to try on. They has their nails done, their hair done, their make up... They were especially good in making sure all the shy and quiet kids were never left out and were occupied. Then there was the movie frozen on DVD, and all kinds of music from the movie to which they played games. The food was great, there was a popcorn stand, a sweet stand.. Like you'd see at a fair. The place itself was decked out like a princess beauty parlour. Lots of pink from the curtains to the rugs and soft lighting. They only take one party at a time and so there's no conveyor belt treatment. For the time you are there your little one is royalty. I can't pay enough respect to the staff. Simply amazing and were very accommodating when twice the crowd we expected showed up. We walked away with a very happy little girl with memories that will last forever. Firstly, they take care of everything : food, cake, party bags, all things you need to provide at most all other places. Truthfully, the only thing I had to do was send invitations. The girls are super friendly and attentive to all the little princesses every need. When you first walk in its like a pink explosion...pink everywhere , it even smelled of strawberries! They do the girls hair/nails/makeup & they can dress up. They have a pink bouncy castle & house. They had a bag of dolls for them to play with while a Barbie movie played in the background. They tables were all decorated in pink, with loads of beads for jewellery making & at another table were princess pages for colouring. They made each girl feel special especially if your a birthday girl. At the end the girls put on a fashion show. They fed the girls the typical party food all kids eat, then a tea party with little fairy cakes & sweets. They provide the birthday cake for the grand finale. The two hours fly by in a blink of an eye. The girls had the best time & I would completely recommend this place for anyone with a little girl for a party!!!
