The closing documents were also unclear and misleading, making it difficult to understand how credits were applied and what remained outstanding. This reflects poor handling of a known obligation, lack of transparency, and inadequate communication; issues that should not occur in a properly managed closing. I would strongly caution others not to assume critical items are being handled, even if they appear in the paperwork.
