The owner and coach, Billy, was super welcoming, and I felt like I was a part of the community already when I walked in. He was also super attentive and even taught me some new movements that I hadn't done before. He ensured that I was never lost during any part of the warm-up and workout and explained everything thoroughly. It was almost like having a private trainer! He even helped suggest some ways to improve my form on certain lifts. When training at the same gym, you always have the same coaches, so it was very nice to get a new perspective because he was able to pick up on some things that my regular coaches did not see. This box has all the equipment you see at any other CrossFit gym, and it is well organized and very spacious. There are even little red squares on the floor that help everyone space out. I loved this box so much that I will definitely stop by at every opportunity I get when I am back in West Palm Beach. I am so glad that I found this location! I highly recommend everyone go here, whether you are just dropping in or looking to get started with CrossFit. You won't be disappointed, and you will be in great hands!

Where do I even begin…read more.. This gym has now pulled the same stunt TWICE. Last year, they abruptly stopped accepting Active & Fit memberships with no real warning, forcing members to scramble and switch. I switched to Husk. Yesterday, I was informed they no longer accept Husk either. Just like that. Money already paid for the month, and I'm locked out of a gym I'm actively paying for. When I called to sort it out, I was told a manager would call me back so I could at least use the facility for the period I already paid. Instead, the person I spoke with on the phone laughed at me and hung up. Mind you, the manager never called me. The customer service is just the cherry on top of a very broken sundae. A sink in the facility has been propped up with a literal plank of wood for nearly a YEAR. Not repaired -- propped up with wood. The stretch room has barre handles affixed so loosely to the wall that they could snap off mid-use and seriously injure someone. Multiple pieces of equipment have loose bolts and missing washers. This is a liability waiting to happen. Paper towels and soap are routinely out -- in a gym, of all places. This place charges over $60 a month. For what, exactly? Broken fixtures, unsafe equipment, and staff that laughs at you when you have a legitimate concern? This location has been through 3+ ownership changes, and it's no surprise. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere that actually maintains its facility and respects its members. This is not it.

They offer classes in the morning, at noon and in the afternoon Monday-Friday and classes before noon on Saturday's and Sunday's. This gym has been my ticket back into shape. You just show up, the coaches shows you what's on the days workout and all you have to do is execute it. A great variety from Day to Day always keeping it fun and challenging. They are also very family oriented. I bring my 8 month old baby with me. She sits in her stroller and play while I work out.

Check their website before going here and getting scammed! $30/month is the most you should be paying!

This place is AMAZING, to say the least, it's not a fancy schmanzy place, but if you want to get in shape you'll not find a better gym than this one! The owners and staff take an all hands on deck approach, they basically start with small classes and teach, guide, mentor and encourage your success. They emphasize on exercise and nutrition to ensure it. Nothing is sugar coated, no pun intended, Adam the owner tells it like it is. However the attention to detail in to ensuring your safety and success is like nothing I've ever experienced, and the price is right. They literally walk you through every exercise and carefully explain everything succinctly and thoroughly. They even explain what you will feel if you're doing it wrong. In my first week and a half I lost 7 lbs, but that's nothing compared to how I feel. I'm 53, and I feel better now than I did 10 years ago. My only regrets is that I leave in June for the summer and I don't come back til September. Oh, one more thing, the staff is accessible via cell phone 24/7 and each group has their own Facebook page. You cannot imagine how close you are going to get with the members of whichever program you become part of. I could go on and on, but I think you get the jest of my sentiments. P. S. Rest was "used" because I had to reschedule or cancel. They never mentioned to me doing so will still use my sessions. One of the days I scheduled a session, showed up on time, it takes me almost 30 min and they were confused why I was there. I got a text with a promise of an additional session added to my bank but never got anything added. My last time I showed up for my scheduled session and everything was closed, no one answered to the calls or texts. And till this day no call was returned.

The class went through a thorough warmup and the coach broke down the movements in a digestable, yet challenging way. I've been doing Crossfit for four years but it was so good to revisit the basics of the squat. I learned some great things that I'll take home with me and got a challenging workout. The coach also looked out to make sure I understood what was going on and where things were. If I lived in town this would be the gym I'd join.
